STRATEGIES OF THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT TO STOP BIAFRA RESTORATION
It is a well known fact that the Federal Government of Nigeria has done so much and is yet ultimately laboring through it's programs, to stop the restoration of the sovereign nation of Biafra. And encapsulated in the following, are the strategies put in place to realize such objectives, viz:
* ARREST AND DETENTION OF IPOB SUPREME LEADER, MAZI NNAMDI KANU
The supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) globally, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, was arrested on the 19th of October 2015 and detained in Kuje maximum prison for years amidst tortures and denial of his fundamental human rights without formal trial in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Government in it's myopic antecedent, thought that the IPOB leader, like Raphael Uwazuruike who betrayed the Biafra restoration struggle during his time, would cave in. The Nigerian government's lobbyists in their efforts, made juicy promises to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to entrap him into dropping the agitation for Biafra restoration. But keeping to his high moral discipline and vows never to mortgage the collective will of his people, the IPOB supreme leader bluntly rejected the offers and still stood undeterred amidst persecutions, leading the Biafra restoration struggle.
* THE MURDEROUS INVASION OF MAZI NNAMDI KANU'S HOUSE
On the 14th of September 2017, while eventually serving his court bail, the house of the IPOB leader was murderously invaded by the Nigerian military, with the primary purpose of getting him summarily eliminated and as well, ensuring that the Biafra restoration project got permanently closed. In the process of that dastardly act, twenty eight armless IPOB volunteers and cousin of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, were murdered. It is also necessary to inform all lovers of freedom and justice all over the world, that so many Biafrans were tortured and killed at Aba and Umuahia respectively, during that criminal invasion. Furthermore, it should noted that thousands of innocent and armless members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), were earlier mowed down during prayer session at Ngwa High school in Aba, Abia State. This provocative act of the Nigerian army was intended to also truncate the restoration struggle of Biafra.
* NAIRA RAIN (FINANCIAL INDUCEMENT) IN THE SOUTH-SOUTH/SOUTH-EAST REGIONS
It is without disputation that the Federal Government of Nigeria has concluded plans to pump in huge sums of money into both the South-South and South-East regions (Biafraland), in order to get Biafrans mortgage their quest for an independent homeland. It should be noted that some prominent personalities within both regions have been financially compromised against the Biafra restoration struggle. Notable amongst these individuals are: Raphael Uwazuruike, Asari Dokubo, Emma Nmezu, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi, John Nnia Nwodo, Clifford Iroanya, Uchenna Asiegbu, Ikenna Nwanonenyi, Mmaram Ugochukwu, Rochas Okorocha, Orji Uzor Kalu, Willie Obiano, Okezie Ikpeazu, etcetera.
* SOUTH-SOUTH AND SOUTH-EAST MASS EMPLOYMENT POLICY
Let me through this medium, notify Biafrans, friends/lovers of freedom and justice, that there presently exists, sinister agenda of the Nigerian government through definitive directives handed down to SHELL, AGIP and TOTAL Multinational Oil Companies, to embark on massive Pipeline Surveillance Employment move within their operational bases in the South-South region. This plan was borne out of bad intent to further strengthen the evil policy of "divide and rule", amongst brethren, thereby alienating them from the agitation of Biafra. It is therefore imperative to duly inform the Federal Government of Nigeria that the South-South region so-called, is unrepentantly more Biafran than even the South-East because the name "BIAFRA", was suggested by one of our eminent/illustrous sons of Ijaw extraction, late chief Frank Opigo in the year 1937. This was later adopted by late General Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu on the 30th of May 1967. Therefore, the South-South region will most uncompromisingly, go with their ancestral kiths and kins of the Biafra nation.
* ACCEPTANCE OF TRUE FEDERALISM BY THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT
On the 8th of April 2019, it was publicly announced on AIT Television live broadcast by the media aide to the President, Femi Adesina, that the Nigerian government has resolved to operate true federalism in the country. Let me just say for records sake that the Nigerian Government may have presumably accepted that option so as to dissuade further agitations for an independent Biafra but it must be explicitly stated here that whether or not the presidency consents to true federalism or restructuring, the total and complete restoration of the sovereignty of the nation of Biafra is God's plan and therefore remains inevitable.
