NNAMDI KANU A LEADER THAT HAS BEEN TESTED AND MUST BE TRUSTED BY ALL

What actually makes one a leader is not the ability to issue commands and orders to your subjects but the willingness to lay down your life in defence of the people you are leading. To me, a leader is one who leads by example, that is, doing what you preach. A leader is one who has the mandate of his people to represent them and speak for them. A leader is one who becomes his true self for the benefit of others. The spirit of leadership is a derivative of the leadership spirit and the spirit of leadership is a mindset, which dictates one's motivation and it is a perception of oneself and the world. Nnamdi Kanu, the supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in all intent and purposes has shown he is a leader.
In 2015, the Nigerian government through her murderous DSS kidnapped Nnamdi Kanu when he arrived Nigeria and was kept incommunicado for weeks before being arraigned in a magistrate court in Abuja after an outrage by Biafrans as to the whereabouts of their leader. The charges against him was frivolous and ambiguous which made the magistrate court to release him on bail but the lawless Nigerian government flaunted the order and still detained him. The case was taken to the Federal High Court and he was discharged, acquitted and the judge ordered for his unconditional release. Again, the Nigerian government flaunted the order with impunity which invariably was a short cut to anarchy but Biafrans being civil and discipline remained lawful and non-violent in their campaign for his unconditional release from prison. The fraudulent court case lingered for close to two years without trial in a bid to lure him to compromise and jettison his stance on Biafra restoration. Throughout his illegal incarceration, he remained focus and resolute in his pursuit for the freedom of his people. He vowed never to capitulate or abandon the quest for Biafra which is why he will thunder that it is "Biafra or Death", and that he must restore Biafra or die in the process. After his illegal incarceration of close to two years without trial, he was released under bail conditions albeit stringent. He fulfilled the bail bonds and walked out of the four walls of the prison cell majestically and has remained free till date. What a magnificent and charismatic leader he is! He has really been tested and his resolve to restore Biafra was not broken.
Furthermore, Nnamdi Kanu has chosen to die for his people to live. He has surrendered his freedom for his people to be free. Their evil intention was to break him and make him capitulate or jettison the Biafra restoration project. His tenacity was what made him a leader with distinction. Nnamdi Kanu up till today has garnered multitude of followers to himself who believe in him as an absolute leader of the people. His cry for the suffering and marginalization of his people was heard and his people followed him wholeheartedly. He abhors oppression and intimidation and has risen to challenge the legitimacy and legality of the Nigerian state. Today , the Biafra question has become a national issue and his name, a household name. He has risen to save humanity and that is also the quality of a good leader.
However, this is not the time to question the integrity of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, rather it is time to queue behind him and follow his orders. His unlawful detention served as a litmus experiment to test his belief and resolve to restore Biafra and he has been found worthy of a true and trusted leader. His commitment and selfless services to Biafrans and humanity have effectively made his leadership style exceptional. Hence, the love for his motherland is also outstanding.
With unalloyed loyalty to the supreme command of the leader of IPOB Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by Biafrans, Biafra shall be restored in all honesty. There is need for Biafrans from different works of life to trust a leader that has been tested and pledge unflinching support to his leadership so as to keep that spirit of Biafra in motion and thus, subsequent emergence of Biafra as a sovereign State.
Nnamdi Kanu, the supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, has been tested and our resolve as his followers and Biafran faithfuls has also been tested during the sit at home directives he gave on the 30th of May 2017, in honour of our fallen heroes and yet again our believe and faith in his genuine leadership will be tested on the election boycott in Biafraland starting with the proposed gubernatorial election billed to take place in November 2017 in Anambra State Biafraland. It is an express order that must be carried out to the latter irrespective of what your opinion is. By completely complying to this directive will boost the Biafra restoration project and encourage the IPOB leader to understand that he is not alone in the fight against our collective oppressor and the unimpeded emancipation of Biafrans from the shackles of damnation and servitude in the contraption called Nigeria.
And to this end, one can now ascertain that Nnamdi Kanu is a leader with an unparalleled distinction and a leader that has been tested and must be trusted by all and sundry.
