COUNTERING THE MORBIDITY OF THE STRANGLED

COUNTERING THE MORBIDITY OF THE STRANGLED

It is very disheartening to note that the umbrella body of Igbo elders called Ohaneze Ndi Igbo, which is supposedly saddled with the primary responsibility of speaking for, defending and protecting the overall interests of their people in the contraption called Nigeria, has been punctured and irredeemably bastardised. It has become an institution of deranged elders from Biafraland whose only stock in trade has become essentially saboteurs in the hands of the enemies of their people. In the face of blunt marginalisation, killings, maiming, arrests, incarcerations and enslavement, this group of elders has shamelessly maintained sealed lips and can only speak out when their pockets run bankrupt. As soon as their pockets are empty, they turn around to mortgage the future of their children not minding the long term consequences. They have by their antecedents which centre on inordinate ambitions, plunged the entire South-East region into unbearable state of suffocation.

Undoubtedly, the Ohaneze Ndi Igbo so-called, has failed very woefully in being a voice of the Igbo people as elders of the land, contrary to what obtains with the Arewas of the North and Oduduwas of the West who stop at nothing, protecting the interests of their people. These Igbo men have very shamefully constituted themselves as avowed enemies of the people they are supposed to speak and fight for by reason of their greed for money and other selfish gains from their Nigerian (Hausa-Fulani cum Yoruba) slave masters. The main objective of the founding fathers of the Apex Igbo umbrella body which is to advocate for the just treatment of the Igbo Biafrans, has become a company of robbers and mony mongers. They have intentionally, without considering the over all wellfare and wellbeing of their upcoming generations become deranged and essentially irrelevant to the people.

It should be laid bare here therefore, that the Indigenous People of Biafra worldwide, under the able leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu since inception, has out of it's uncompromising stance for truth and forthrightness, dwarfed and rendered irrelevant, groups, parties and organisations whose interests centre on taking advantage of the trust and hopelessness of the people to cheat them out of their rights to their inheritances. They have been extorting money from the gullible under several deceitful guises over the years. It has now become brazenly clear to all persons in the land that these vampires under different names and bodies, have been milking the people who virtually had no courage to challenge their excesses before now.

The latest attempt by the Nwodo led Ohaneze Ndi Igbo to further enslave the people has become their greatest undoing. Having realised that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, a recilient and very courageously uncompromising leader has stood against the might of the Nigerian state and her tyrannical President - Muhammadu Buhari, craftily crept in to identity with the leadership of the  Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), so as to lure them into accepting the moronic restructuring plot of the cabals. This is really not what Biafrans at this stage, are clamoring for.

After years of agreements that never yielded any positive fruits since after the civil war with different Nigeria governments, it becomes expedient at this point for a personality like Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, to emerge with the undiluted mandate of redirecting his people for the full and total restoration of their fatherland, Biafra. The disappointment of this bunch of seemingly morbid elements who claim to be representing the Igbo people in the evil forest called Nigeria, has just begun. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, a dogged and dependable servant leader, has taken over and there is virtually nothing anybody including the commissioned slaves of the Northern Oligarchy called Ohaneze Ndi Igbo, can do about it.

The people have made up their mind undaunted, to follow their chosen leader in Nnamdi Kanu instead of the elected Igbo saboteurs who were supposed in conjunction with these immoral elders, expected to overwhelmingly fight for their interests. This is the 21st century and the people are getting increasingly enlightened daily. The voices of the people have not just only spoken, but their opinions have also counted. Power belongs to the people whose minds are drastically made up on the path to follow.

The era of taking for granted the will and rights of the people is over. Freedom, equity and justice have remained the tripod stand on which this struggle stands. Whosoever therefore, that makes himself/herself an enemy will be treated likewise. You make yourself irrelevant, you rubbish your cherished reputation, no matter whom you are or who you represent.

  1. Excellent piece. Very sad indeed that Ohaneze Ndi Igbo, this group of elderly men are so selfish and coward in presence of Hausa-Fulani/Yoruba. As I have said, this revolution must begin first in Igboland. Our people are actually our greatest enemy. They are the ones that kept the entire Biafran people in bondage and slavery. The revolution must start at home. We must be freed from these saboteurs. The truth is that Nigeria is an abominable contraption created by evil colonial empire Britain. Nigeria is not working and will never work without division. Restructuring will never fix Nigeria. It’s a cultural, social and way of thinking problem not just economic and politics. Nigeria is an Islamic sharia State. It is designed to be corrupt, lawless and failed state. We must do whatever it takes to exit this murderous Islamic sharia state of Nigeria. IPOB must never agree to restructuring. Entire Biafra people are solidly behind IPOB under Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Forget about the Ohaneze Ndi Igbo and selfish saboteurs in Igbo land who want to remain enslaved and Islamized in Nigeria. We must be freed from this evil and wickedness British Empire put us into. We have suffered and died enough. It's time to be freed from this slavery.
