IPOB Detainees At Degema And Ahoada Prisons Receive Food Items From IPOB

Ibeh Gift Amarachi,
Reporting For Family Writers Press.

The Legalised Indigenous People Of Biafra, in a strive to keep the philanthropist affirmation made to her illegitimate detained victims, donated food items to Biafran    activists recently remanded at Degema and Ahoada Prisons.

The Items include; Bags of Rice, Bag of Garri, Cartons of Tomatoes, Carton of Soap, Carton of Biscuit and so many others.
There was jubiliation in Ahoada and Degema Prisons, as the detainees cordially and astoudedly received the Items accorded to them.
Both the warders and victims, were shocked that IPOB could trace her detained members to such distanced rural area, to show solidarity and generosity.

The detainees who were transferred from PortHarcourt maximum prisons, to Degema and Ahoada prisons, in a bid to isolate them from their relatives and compel them into capitulation. They were randomly arrested in PortHarcourt And Obigbo Local Government Area of Rivers State, following the declaration of Operation Python Dance by the Nigeria Military.

It is of utmost priority to put the world on notice that, none of the detainees were arrested during a rally or protest. Some of the teenage detainees were arrested on their way back from school. They were asked to alight from the public vehicles they boarded and arrested. Others were abducted from their Shops and compounds.
They were charged fictitiously and spuriously by the Nigeria government, arraigned before the Rivers State Magistrate Court, where the order of their remand was given by the presiding Magistrate.
This humanitarian actions by the Indigenous People Of Biafra over her victims, is inexorable, even as the legal fees of the detainees is also footed, thus IPOB legal team takes care of every legal actions presupposed and needed to get them acquitted and legally released.

IPOB under the profound leadership of citizen Nnamdi Kanu, has vowed to continue keeping the well-being of the detainees unsullied and to facilitate their release, while they undergo another phase of Self Determination to Freedom.
