IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Reacts To Garba Shehu's Comment On Fulani Herdsmen
The leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB, on Tuesday, called on Biafrans and good hearted Nigerians to thank the Eastern Security Network, ESN for fixing what he described as "convoluted grammar and meaningless arguments" He said "Nigerians please go and thank your stars for #ESN. What years of convoluted grammar and meaningless arguments could not achieve, the launch of #ESN accomplished in less than 2 weeks.”
IPOB leader had on Saturday, December 12, 2020 launched the Eastern Security Network ESN, saying it was to protect lives and property of the southeastern region.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu urged Biafrans, Middle Belt and other good hearted Nigerians to remain focused in making sure their lands is secured. He said, Miyetti Allah disguised as government would do everything possible to subdue and conquer them.
This is coming at a time when the Senior Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, on Channels Television‘s Sunrise Daily on Tuesday said that herdsmen roaming all over the country to prevent clashes with farmers will be stopped.
According to index, Fulani herdsmen rated the fourth deadliest terror group in the world.
In the early hours of April 25, 2016 Nimbo of Enugu State, were invaded and many slaughtered by over 500 armed Fulani herdsmen.
In one of the bloodiest incidents, on Saturday (June 23, 2020), more than 200 people were killed after an attack on villages in Plateau State of Middle Belt region.
However, stating through Facebook page, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu said that Nigeria government does not understand reason or common sense, other than armed self defence.
His facebook message read: "Nigerians please go and thank your stars for #ESN. What years of convoluted grammar and meaningless arguments could not achieve, the launch of #ESN accomplished in less than 2 weeks. Within a month of launching our defence line across the South-East & South South , the Janjaweed rulers of the #Zoo have realised its game over and have decided to do the right thing.
"We are not letting our guard down because we know they are natural born liars. This could be another ruse to lure us into a false sense of security before they unleash their dogs of war from the Sahel on innocent easterners. The #Zoo does not understand reason or common sense, they only understand armed self defence.
"I want to thank this generation of Biafran scientists for their exceptional ingenuity and service to the motherland. We are better prepared now than ever before. #ESN is here to stay,
