BUHARI IS A PROVEN TERRORIST WHO SEEKS ALLIANCE WITH ISIS

When in 2011 Muhammad Buhari lost election to what he perceived as rigged election he in retaliation promised to make Nigeria ungovernable which followed the emergence of boko haram to the detriment of Jonathan and Biafrans. Boko haram made Jonathan's government unpopular and tactically paved way for buhari, asked if he would hit boko haram hard "hit them hard with what?" he grossly ruled out any move to fight boko haram knowing he sponsored the group and will also tell them to stop.
Evident to the fact that boko haram has split into two, investigation have it that a faction is loyal to Buhari and the other had formed alliance with ISIS, however the terrorists loyal to him have accepted to lay down weapons as the objective of their sponsor has been achieved while the terrorists disloyal has vowed to carry on under the command of ISIS though they lack weapons due to Buhari's withdrawal and international monitoring of ISIS activities.
