NO JUDGE TO SIT ON KANU’S CASE BECAUSE OF EXECUTIVE INTERFERENCE

The leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra Citizen Nnamdi kanu is a freedom fighter and a well known personality has been held in detention against his WILL by the Nigerian government for more than 90 days, languishing in detention without access to proper medication. Despite being acquitted by a competent court of jurisdiction of all the charges brought against him ,yet the interference by the executive on all matters concerning judiciary in Nigerian made it impossible for them not to let him off their hook and as they continue to harsh plans to jail him.
How can we continue to live in the country where the institutions of the state cannot be allowed to work independently without interference from Buhari even at the time judges sitting on the trial of Nnamdi Kanu publicly washed out his hands off the case simply because previous courts orders have not been adhered to and which tramples and reduces the judicial system and practitioners to nothing.
As the world super powers and the tenets of democracy and rule of law has suddenly gone deaf and blind on the so-called fundamental human right which is embedded in the same democracy they preach all over the world or are we missing something here, or is there some countries that international community is not interested in when it comes to the issue of abuse of power and right of the citizenry as we are witnessing in this contraption called Nigeria. I've come to the conclusion that the United Nations wants another BIAFRAN war so that the population of poor Africans will be reduced, according to the United Nations about 3 billion people worldwide are poor and the majority are in Africa and that is what the infidel called Mohammed Buhari is doing to Biafran’s especially killing of innocent civilians. It has reached a war situation and BAN KIN MOON should stop pretending that he has not seen or heard the injustices happening in Nigeria but someone told me that when ISIS attacked France the whole world screamed but how many was they kill in France? And how many are being killed in Biafra every day?
The Mohammed Buhari lead government has sworn to use the entire state agency to subdue any court ruling that will set Nnamdi Kanu free and it could be noted that anytime Kanu is to appear in court Buhari will not be in the country and how long can he continue to hid his ugly face and I tell him that he will not remain in Aso rock of his life, The international community is watching waiting for war to kick off so they will start sending relief items to the poor masses, the UN and its agencies are all looking at the killing of innocent and armless protesters and have turn blind eyes but no matter what they do the Biafran self determination will never be thrown over-board because we have come a long way were life are been lost each and every day and no going back until the last man standing is killed.
On the 18th of Jan 2015 has also been put on record in the history where another judge asked to sit on Kanu’s case refuses to appear in the court just like his fellows had done and it’s time we asked ourselves the reason why none of them want to presides over this case, It’s time for the judicial system in Nigeria should be left alone to work as a statutory body charge with the responsibility determine who the offender and the case of Nnamdi has shown to the world whom Buhari is (TYRANT IN DISGUISE),The indigenous people of Biafra is peaceful people charged by the people of Biafran with the responsibility of talking them to where they belong and it’s now or never.

ReplyDeleteBuhari use your brain. the more you hold nnamdi kanu captive the stronger Biafran's gets. Biafra is a running stream it has no reverse.
