AN APPEAL FOR SHIELDED WITNESSES TESTIFYING BEHIND THE SCREEN SET TO KICK OFF
As we all know the case was adjourned to April, but a ruling was given for an appeal for shielded witnesses testifying behind the screen on the 8th of March by Judge Tsoho. Today the appeal is set to proceed.
All applicants are now present in court including the judge but excluding the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra and director of radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, who is yet to be seen.
