CONVICTED YORUBA FARMER IS VICTORY TO BUHARI AND FULANI HERDSMEN TERRORISTS

CONVICTED YORUBA FARMER IS VICTORY TO BUHARI AND FULANI HERDSMEN TERRORISTS

The least is yet to be heard and more is coming. This is what becomes of men killed by fear before their real death. Evil will take prominence and agents of darkness will rise like a phoenix and consume everything. Men that should oppose evil have all gone mute and cold, there is nothing left as the dog now have the bone. I am losing the essence of justice and I am also losing apprehension of fairness. What exactly is power for, for attacking perceived enemy or enhancing life? The Judicially in Nigeria have also been sold and what can be described as fear drags them giving in to favoritism.

The shocking aspect of this ruling is; a man was sentenced to death for fighting 4th rated most deadly terrorist; instead of giving him a medal and absolving him into the Nigerian army; he was convicted and the question now is, are herdsmen really the terrorists they were rated to be? While these Fulani herdsmen-terrorist have immunities, in the sense that they can kill, destroy farm land, kidnap and no arrest will be made even-though they are not hiding or at large. The killing of the Fulani herdsman-terrorist is the fault of the present government, had the government shown commitment to saving lives and properties against Fulani herdsmen- terrorists. Had the present government not given Fulani herdsmen immunities, a man would not defend himself by attacking a Fulani herdsman- terrorist. While this is the case, the government should take blame and not the said culprit that only acted in self-defense. The trial judge that ruled for Buhari lacks information or knowledge, if herdsmen are 4th world rated most deadly terrorists and a man that saw a terrorist in his farm and fought him in self-defense is convicted, then there is misconception or deliberate move to legalize Fulani herdsmen terrorism in Nigeria.

This ruling is a deliberate move to motivating these Fulani terrorists and showing them that their immunities bind. It beats my apprehension why a farmer that killed a terrorist in self-defense should be legally killed while the terrorists still go on killing hundreds, kidnapping and destroying farms. As the government immunity is effective, we are being indirectly forced to giving them communal immunity, in the sense that Fulani herdsmen shall be untouchable even-though they are killing your only son, destroying your multi-million farm, razing your home and kidnapping your people. If the community or a person stands in their way and hurt any, the law would be ruthless to such person. This is nothing short of Islamization, whatsoever is the perceived purpose of Fulani president through his Fulani herdsmen- terrorist will surely come to pass, bet it Islamization or what Usman Danfodio did to Hausa'.

The Nigerian judiciary is making mess of justice and there is no application of common sense. Nnamdi Kanu was accused of treasonable felony for only talking or freely asking Biafra and one would ask what will be the charge of one that waged war to usurp the legal government of Nigeria. The reality remains that there are actions and reaction taken without proactive approach, all in a bit to serve a pay-master by unjustly giving a ruling. If a farmer can be convicted for engaging terrorists that have killed over ten thousand in one year, then it is a gateway for the terrorists to redouble their activities. Let it be said that men fought against evil in their time than men stopped existing in their time because of evil. The more we fold our arms is the more they encroach us. Some say let us keep quiet till their four years is over without knowing that when Usman Danfodio came, negligence, fear and quietness were factors to his victory. With this ruling, anyone that opposes Fulani herdsmen terrorism is bound to die or imprisoned as Victor Umeh was threatened. Buhari is showing his readiness to fight anyone that nears or temper with his brothers. The legal victory of Fulani herdsmen terrorists is complete with imprisonment of that farmer.
