ENUGU MASSACRE: WHEN FASTING AND PRAYER BECAME THE LAST OPTION

After Fulani Herdsmen massacred over 200 Biafrans in Nimbo and left the community in ruin. Ugwuanyi, the executive Governor of Enugu state visited the community, upon seeing things and dead bodies of Biafrans all over the place, he wept helplessly. He wept same way Jonathan did during his tenure, Boko Haram was on rampage and Jonathan didn't know what to do or where to start because power' backed Boko Haram and attack against Boko was attack against the North.
This time is Fulani Herdsmen-terrorists, they are on rampage as prophesied by Nnamdi Kanu in 2015 and any attack against them is attack against Buhari. Five were attacked alongside 50 Biafrans and DSS promised fire and thunder, Obscure took it to ICC and Arewa shouted kill them that killed five herdsmen. Their major concern or question was, why must Fulani herdsmen be touched? Why must Fulani be five out of the fifty five victims? Ugwuanyi, reportedly summoned security meeting when intelligence got to him that these Fulanis will attack Nimbo, he had no option but to call the president to alert him. He must have called Mohammadu Buhari so he could talk to his boys "Fulani herdsmen" at least they will listen to their commander but Ugwuanyi was put on-hold for over 2hours. Buhari is already aware of the attack and why should people that gave him 5% vote be calling him to save them? Then before Ugwuanyi could look back, the deed has been done, over 200 Biafrans have been massacred. He wept because he could have stopped the pogrom but because the president has nothing to do with Biafrans, his negligence fostered the deed.
" In six months time, these people will overrun your land" a man said while commenting on the latest attack. When fasting and prayer became the last option, natural hope had gone with the whirlwind. There is no solution to Fulani herdsmen as demonstrated by Ugwuanyi, he simply told us that " the government cannot do anything and you cannot do anything but only God can do something" fasting and prayer is the solution the government can offer and the question is, how many of you are holy enough or worthy enough to talk to God and God will hear. This is a state of oblivion and hence Buhari cannot fight his boys and if you fight his boys, he would fight you. I also agree with Ugwuanyi that fasting and prayer is the last hope. But it will be very wise we look at the other side of the coin written "Biafra” that side may answer our questions. I believe in God- fasting and prayer can do wonders, yet God needs a willing tool to do his wonders, if God will wipe out Fulani herdsmen, He needs a man to do that and that is why fasting and prayer without action is deceit.
