Postponing of hearing against Dr. Nnamdi Kanu by the Nigerian government is becoming a culture and a system to hide from the truth. Buhari alleged Kanu of treasonable felony over two to three months now and no successful hearing has been held. According to information made available by Chukwuemeka Chimerue and Anyikwa Kelechi Cynthia IPOB family writers live update dated 25th of April, 2016. "The resumed hearing at the Appeal Court Abuja, filed by the defense counsels against the denial of bail of the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu commenced today, Monday, 25th April with the arrival of the Judge, Moore Adumein at 10:03am after a long delay in his chambers. The defense counsel Chuks Muoma, [San] when called upon by the Judge, said that he came all the way from Aba, Abia State to represent Nnamdi Kanu in the case of his appeal for denial of bail, but the Judge retorted sharply that the appeal proceedings will no longer hold today, moreover, the case was not listed among the cases to be heard today, pointing out that this week is for conference, and that the case will be heard on Thursday next week.

When Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Kanu's defense counsel came out of the court, he explained further that this week at the appeal would be the hearing of the Senate President Bukola Saraki's corruption case, saying that Thursday 5th May 2016 is the new date for the appeal hearing in Kanu's case. So the Court was adjourned till Thursday next week. Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor granted an interview to the Biafra Writers reporters at the appeal court Abuja. We will be bringing that report to you as soon as possible.
The ICC investigators and prosecutors in Nigeria now can see the amount of injustice that is going on in Nigeria first hand. A case which date of hearing was given by the court was reportedly not listed among the cases to be heard in court today. What a travesty of justice. We implore you to take note of the injustice in the Nigerian judiciary and take appropriate records". The government of Muhammad Buhari have to understand what justice is all about. Whether delayed or hastened, the truth will surely prevail. Buying over judges will not and can not stall the restoration of Biafra.
