REASONS WHY FULANI TERRORISTS WILL LAUNCH MORE DEADLY ATTACKS IN BIAFRA

In this special report, I will be dissecting several reasons why the probability of more deadly attacks by Fulani terrorists in Biafra land and other parts of Nigeria is very high and the need for establishment of defence units because as the saying goes-"if you fail to plan, you plan to fail".
THE ROMANCE AND INSINCERITY OF NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT
The love affair of the government of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Fulani herders as well as the insincerity of his government in tackling their terrorism activities across Nigeria and most recently in Biafra land should be a serious concern to all and sundry across the region. It should be noted that since the inception of Buhari as the President of Nigeria, the murderous activities of the herdsmen across Nigeria has increased ten times more than it used to be in previous administrations. The national Secretary of the herdsmen- Baba Othman Ngelzarma laid more credence to this fact when he said that the government of President Buhari and other State governments offers them an unusual amnesty which they have been lacking from previous administrations- "This administration has helped us recover a lot of cattle.
I'm sure you're aware of the amnesty granted to some of them in Kano State" he told an interviewer. In 2015, the Global Terrorism Index named the Fulani herdsmen as the fourth most deadly terror group in the world after the group massacred about 2000 Nigerians in that year. Things got worse as before the end of the first four months of 2016, the herdsmen has already killed not less than 1000 people with not less than 700 coming from Agatu and Enugu massacres, about 30 clergies have either been killed or kidnapped while several monarchs have been murdered in cold blood, also more than 10,000 Nigerians have been displaced by the Fulani militants.
While Buhari's government have been maintaining a sickening silence in all these atrocities, it took a serious wild public outcry and the visit of Enugu State Governor for his government to condemn Enugu massacre about two days after incident occurred. Also while the commissioner of police in Enugu State who was reportedly acting on orders from above has been sacked/replaced with a new one, none of the perpetrators of this dastardly act have been arrested even as 57 of the herdsmen arrested prior to Enugu massacre have suddenly gone missing in Abuja as police and army thread blames.
THE COWARD NATURE AND FOOLISHNESS OF POLITICIANS IN BIAFRA
One of the most astonishing things about the recent upsurge on the terrorism of herdsmen across South-East and South-States that make up Biafra is the coward attitude of politicians of these zones on the massacre of their people which has emboldened the blood-sucking herdsmen the more. Reports has it that most of these political slaves do not have clean records with regards to management of State funds, hence their deafening silence so as not to fall victims to Buhari's secret army of intimidation and incarceration such as the DSS and EFCC. Even the likes of the 'common sense' senator known as Ben Murray Bruce has suddenly gone blind, deaf and dumb while State Governors are looking for any possible means to junket to Abuja and dine with Buhari.
It should be noteworthy that these same politicians had previously maintained this muted stance while Nigerian armed forces such as the police, army, JTF and Navy massacre hundreds of Biafrans in Anambra, Rivers, Delta, Abia, Imo and Bayelsa States respectively, as thousands are still under incarceration in various Nigerian prisons. Just recently Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State, under his desperation to please Buhari assured the murderous herdsmen of adequate protection in his State despite reports of their terrorism across Biafra land. Security experts has warned that Umahi is implanting a ticking time bomb in not only Ebonyi State but also several parts of Biafra land as this is the same method with which several States that were originally Yoruba States in Nigeria were conquered and overthrown by the Fulani race. It is therefore left for the good people of Ebonyi State to rise against the conspiracy of their State government with these terrorists or face the impending doom.
NORTHERN ELITES SPONSORSHIP AND BACK-UP
It is now a well known fact that the Fulani marauders are enjoying a huge sponsorship and back-up from many elites in the North including. Femi Fanni Kayode has this to say- "They (the herdsmen) are their slaves and their serfs. The cows that they are herding all over the country and destroying people's lives for belongs to the elites not to the herdsmen or cattle rearers themselves"
"The herdsmen are too poor to own the cows and they do not have the resources to purchase the AK47 that they carry around and kill people with." Kayode posted on his facebook page. Going further he said-
"It is their sponsors, the Fulani elites that provides all that and together with the government agencies, they also give them protection and free passage. Since President Buhari came to power, they have been virtually untouchable and so are their cows!"
Barely two days after hundreds of Biafrans were massacred in Enugu, the whole 19 Governors in the Northern States of Nigeria came together and issued a Press Release in defence of the Fulani terrorists. They warned Nigerians and Nigerian media outlets to stop associating the massacres with Fulani herdsmen despite police claims and that of the attacked local communities that the attacks were actually executed by well trained armies of the Fulani herdsmen.
This stance by Northern elites is not surprising as a similar stance was maintained during the early days of Boko Haram. In 2013, Buhari had warned the then Nigerian government concerning its hostilities to Boko Haram terrorists while Niger Delta militants are being pampered describing it as an act of injustice.
"You see, in the case of the Niger Delta militants, the late President Umaru Musa Yar'adua sent an aeroplane to bring them, he sat down with them, they were cajoled and they were given money and granted amnesty."
"They were trained in some skills and were given employment but the ones in the North (Boko Haram) were being killed and their houses were being demolished. They are different issues. What brought this? It is injustice." Buhari was quoted by Point-Blank News as having said during an interview programme with Liberty Radio.
Similarly, the former PDP Chairman Bamanga Tukur also said- "Boko Haram is fighting for justice; Boko Haram is another name for justice."
It is therefore not an overstatement to say that the Fulani elites have always a soft spot to the terrorism of their youths who they have impoverished to serve their common purpose. Not surprising how desperate they have been in defending the terrorism of the herdsmen.
THE ISLAMISATION PLOT- GRAZING BILL
"The new Nation called Nigeria should be an estate from our Great-Grand father Usman Dan Fodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We must use the minorities of the North as willing tools and the South as conquered territories and never allow them to have control over their future."
The above quote were the words of Sir Ahmadu Bello on 14th of October 1996. Similarly, in 2001, the incumbent President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has this to say concerning his plot to Islamise the entire Nigeria-
"I will continue to show openly and inside me the total commitment to the Sharia movement all over Nigeria."
Having seen all these, it is no longer a surprise to any sane mind for something like the "GRAZING RESERVE BILL" to sneak its way into the National Assembly of Nigeria during this Buhari's administration and in this 21st century, neither should it be a mystery as to why Fulani herdsmen are currently on rampage across Nigeria. The master-plan is the attacks which is rampaging several parts of Biafra land and the middle-belt which they think would stir Nigerians into seeking for desperate solutions to curb the menace thereby making them vulnerable to assimilate the grazing bill from whence the full subjugation and Islamisation will be ignited. The master-planners are the Fulani Jihadists and elites in the North who are desperate have the entire country Islamised while those that are being used to execute this plot are the Boko Haram who are being disguised as herdsmen. This shows that the current attacks of the Fulani herders which have thrown the entire Biafra land into a deep tension may just be a tip of the iceberg if nothing is done quickly.
Meanwhile, David Otto Endeley an International Security and Counter Terrorism expert at TGS Intelligence and Security Consultants based in London warned that the activities of the Fulani herdsmen is taking a worse new dimension compared with what was experienced with the old century conflicts between the herders and local farmers-
"This current crisis in middle Belt and other similar cases has taken a deeper and wider dimension above and beyond the old century Fulani herdsmen conflicts over grazing land with local farmers." David Otto said. Going further he noted the need for a serious intervention saying-
"This is very alarming and if no robust intervention is carried out by the relevant authorities, this incidence will become uncontrollable and take a different dimension."
"This is now a small fire but it should not be left to grow out of control, just as Boko Haram was allowed to become a monster in the North and other regional States due to failure of effective early intervention strategy from the then government." Otto concluded
Therefore it is imperative that Biafrans and other regions experiencing the nightmare of herdsmen always be on alert as the blood-sucking demons still have their true mission unaccomplished.
