BOKO HARAM TERRORISTS IN IDEATO MET THEIR DOOM AFTER BUTCHERING TWO WOMEN

Killed by Boko Haram Terrorist
The story of what happened in Ideato and environs on Friday August 12 between suspected Boko Haram terrorists and the indigenous youths of the area has not ceased to resonate across the Eastern Heartland.

Ideato and Orlu, a constituent and senatorial zone of the incumbent Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha was in flames yesterday over the butcher of two Biafran women at Umukegwu Akokwa by Hausa Fulani residents suspected to be Boko Haram members.

According to an eye witness report obtained by Family Writers, the Boko Haram terrorist had pursued a young lady who ran for her safety into a nearby shop owned by a woman and petty-trader in Umukegwu autonomous community of Akokwa. The terrorist, determined to launch his attack and undeterred by the presence of the woman that owns the shop, pursued the young lady into the shop and killed her instantly and also murdered the woman who owns the shop after some severe confrontations.

However, a nearby indigene who saw what was going on immediately raised an outcry which drew the attention of members of the public to the crime scene, even as the aggrieved local youths apprehended the culprit and his cohorts.

"Before the police could arrive at the scene, the terrorist and his suspected gangs are already dead and the youths burnt their corpses. Other Hausa Fulani residents ran away as youths in other areas such as Orlu and neighbouring towns sort after them for a reprisal attack." Mr Ekene Epueme, an eye witness reporter told Family Writers.

The Imo state government led by Rochas Okorocha have been accused of harbouring the insurgents, even as their population continues to grow in the state. Earlier warnings and revelations from Family Writers on the plot by the insurgents to attack the state have met little or no proactive measures from the state government and security agencies.
