JUSTICE ADEMOLA, DIMGBA, OTHERS UNDER SIEGE AS DSS CRACKDOWN ON NIGERIAN JUDICIARY FLAGS OFF

On early hours of today, 8th of October 2016, attempts were made to abduct a Senior Judge in Rivers State during which Governor Nyeso Wike, the incumbent  governor of River state was molested by agents of Department of State Security {DSS} as a result of his  intervention against the attempted abduction.

There were also several attempts to abduct many judges across the country without any prior invitation issued. According to reliable information, the operation crackdown judges also continued at Abuja between Friday night/early Saturday morning, 8th of October 2016 when the same DSS invaded the homes of two senior and notable federal High Court judges in the persons of Hon.Dimgba Nnamdi, and Hon.Adeniyi Ademola in their various homes at Apo quarters, Abuja. According to reports, Mr.Adeniyi was later arrested while Dimgba's brother was totally harassed.

WHAT ARE THEIR VARIOUS OFFENCES?

It was gathered that Mr. Nnamdi Dimgba was intimidated simply because of his pronouncements against the illegal continuous detention of one Mr.Umar Mohammed, a retired air commodore who was arrested following a purported allegations of fraud, illegal possession of fire arms and abuse of office.
Mr.Umar has been ordered to be released by the Magistrate court for long, but instead, the DSS brought the matter before the federal High Court.

However, when Hon.Dimgba learnt that magistrate court has made an order that the accused person should be released, he upheld that order and its conditions on bail, as well as for Umar to be remanded in Kuje prison custody pending the time he meets his bail conditions.
Hon. Justice Ademola was also arrested in a similar reason. He was arrested for upholding justice for the unconditional release of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and the director of Radio Biafra/Television worldwide, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, whom three different court of jurisdiction has long ordered to be released from incarceration.

The scenario of total clampdown of justice was also relegated to ECOWAS court on Monday, 4th of October 2016, when Hon. Justice Friday Nwoke ruled that the former National security adviser to former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan's regime, Mr.Solomon Sambo Dasuki, who have been illegally arrested and detained despite meeting his bail conditions should be released, and be paid a whooping sum of fifteen million naira as compensation; an order which was also violated. As of today, 8th of October 2016, Mr.Dasuki is still held captive. He was neither released nor compensated.

Therefore, the question all over is: Are we in military dictatorship whereby the will of mind supersedes the rule of law? Is Buhari's most learned ministers and legal advisers not lecturing him the tenets of democracy?
Has democracy in Nigeria suddenly turned to dictatorship?.

Lastly, we will not be tired in bringing it to the notice of the entire people of goodwill to know that Biafrans' life is in danger in this lawless Lugadian creature called Nigeria.
The international community should quickly come to our rescue now that the time bomb is yet to be exploded.

The able law abiding leader of the indigenous people of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu {POC} and other Biafra activist's life is in danger for being the most peaceful subject of self determination. The UN and other anchors of self determination should take note and do the needful.
