BIAFRA: WILL BUHARI ALLOW JUSTICE TO PREVAIL FOR IPOB LEADER, NNAMDI KANU ON DECEMBER 1?

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu are thrilled to ask this question since the contraption called Nigeria has proved to be a citadel of lawlessness.
The presiding judge, Justice Binta Nyako is under pressure from tyrant Muhammadu Buhari to jail the leader of IPOB, citizen Nnamdi Kanu in her court despite pressure mounted on the government of Nigeria to release Nnamdi Kanu, a prisoner of conscience unconditionally come December 1st 2016.
A day before the last court hearing, tyrant Muhammadu Buhari, through Department of state security an illegal corporation set to intimidate anyone who refuses to dance to the tune of the federal government of Nigeria, ordered Binta Nyako to come to Aso Villa to be induced into delivering judgment to deny the IPOB leader citizen Nnamdi Kanu bail.
When justice Binta Nyako refused to obey tyrant Buhari bidding, the government of Nigeria sent plain clothed armed men to get to Binta house to intimidate her to plunge for their order from “Oga At the top” .
Justice Binta refused to open the gate; which made tyrant Buhari to send a threatening letter to Binta's office. Family Writers intelligence intercepted the letter and got the information there in.
The letter personally signed by tyrant Buhari to Binta Nyako, ordered her not to grant the leader of IPOB bail until tyrant he decides in his time to release the IPOB leader.
Justice Binta Nyako due to pressure from tyrant Buhari, consistently harassed the counsels to Nnamdi Kanu and co-defendants during the previous court session.
Justice Binta Nyako moved against supporters of the defendants, especially IPOB who were in court on 17th November 2016. Binta also encouraged the harassment of the reporters and supporters in the courtroom by not stopping the DSS men from threatening them.
Justice Binta Nyako in the last court proceeding on 17th November 2016, ordered for all the electronic device (example phones, camera etc) of the defendants especially the members of IPOB at the federal high court to be seized at the order of “Oga at the Top”, the Boko Haram sponsor and child rapist, tyrant Buhari.
The presiding judge justice Binta also ordered that nobody should capture video or still take images of the defendants just to hide their evil agenda set up by tyrant Buhari. The federal government of Nigeria fancy making sure that there is media blackout in the court room so to allow injustice to prevail against justice.
On 17th November 2016, a DSS officer told a Biafran reporter at the federal High court Abuja, that tyrant Buhari ordered Nigerian journalist not to report the court proceedings of citizen Nnamdi Kanu.
Tyrant Buhari wants media blackout so that he will perfect his plan for justice Binta to pass an influenced judgment in favour of his dictatorial tendencies. That is actually the reason behind the heavy attack on IPOB media reporters and supporters with electronic devices meant to record or capture image.
Base on our analysis, justice Binta is already dancing to the tune of tyrant Buhari, but no hope is lost yet because the Biafrans always win at the last.
It should also be noted how the Department of State of security (DSS) illegally functioning in the contraption called Nigeria threatened to kill one of the defending counsel of IPOB, Barrister Ejiofor when the former judge, justice John Tsoho was presiding judge.
We also have to relate the current action of Binta Nyako with that of John Tsoho not to give any chance because she behaves like a hired agent for tyrant Buhari and co.
In addition, it is obvious that Justice Binta Nyako has a conflict of interest as a judge in the case because her husband, the former governor of Adamawa state indicted for embezzlement of public fund and was under prosecution by Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC). The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), believe Justice Binta Nyako will want to please tyrant Buhari with citizen Nnamdi Kanu's case so that her husband's case file will not be reopened by tyrant Buhari and his DSS thugs.
Justice Binta Nyako should be notified that the Biafrans are ever ready to pull her down if she continue to dance to the tune of tyrant Buhari. She should learn from the ordeal of former presiding judge, Justice John Tsoho on the effort to jail the IPOB leader citizen Nnamdi Kanu, but was kicked out in shame and disgraced in his bid of dancing to tyrant Buhari tune.
Justice Binta must allow justice to prevail for the IPOB leader. She has the chance to write her name in gold by allowing justice for the oppressed and redeeming the already bartered image of the Nigerian judiciary.
There is a saying “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice anywhere”. Biafra is our only hope of survival in the evil contraption called Nigeria.
Is self-determination a crime? Is freedom of speech prohibited in the contraption? Why the injustice? Does the blessed nation of Biafra not entitled to her sovereignty?
