IPOB: NNAMDI KANU'S CONTINUED ILLEGAL DETENTION IS A MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE

IPOB: NNAMDI KANU'S CONTINUED ILLEGAL DETENTION IS A MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE

We all know Nnamdi Kanu is no criminal and he has committed no criminal offense, neither has he done anything outside the Law like the mischievous way the federal government of Nigeria claims but when you really analyze the whole aggravation behind the arrest of the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra, you can't help but say it's a miscarriage of justice. We also need to take into account, the fundamental motive behind Nnamdi Kanu's arrest. President Muhammadu Buhari intention was to cut off the head of the pilot behind the wheel, that was driving the agitation of Biafra forward, unfortunately for Buhari, things didn't work out the way he had played it in his halfwit mind, instead everything backfired at him.

The question everyone asked when Nnamdi Kanu was arrested on the 14th of October, 2015 was, Why was Nnamdi Kanu arrested? Was it truly because of a treasonable Felony as the federal government of Nigeria stated? Was it Terrorism as DSS made us understand? Or did he plan to wage war on Nigeria with weapons of mass destruction as most Nigeria Brown Envelope Media kept publishing? Well, these were the so-called reasons President Muhammadu Buhari and his rascals of DSS agents kept bringing up just to falsify arguments in court proceedings that would be cooked up towards putting Nnamdi Kanu in jail for life but they failed woefully. After so many failed attempts to either sentence and assassinate Nnamdi Kanu, president Muhammadu has brought up a fresh charges against Nnamdi Kanu, which he was accused of managing an unlawful society and publication of defamatory matter and improper importation of goods and also Buhari has appointed a New Jugde from his hometown (Justice Binta Nyako) to preside over the Court case of the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra.

Nnamdi Kanu imprisonment must not be allowed to continue. President Muhammadu Buhari has no intention or willingness to release him. In fact, if left for Buhari, he would have had Nnamdi Kanu executed a long time ago. The justice system in Nigeria has been at risk since the administration of Muhammadu Buhari kicked off. I can't understand how a president of a democratic country would wade so much power over the Judiciary and yet he hasn't been cautioned or stopped. It's fascinating, honestly. This miscarriage of justice, must not be prolonged, it ought to be quash instantaneously. How can you imprison a person for a crime they did not commit? President Buhari must not be allowed to commit "Justice murder" as regards to Nnamdi Kanu's court case.

Nnamdi Kanu's court case has seen numerous evidences which affirms miscarriage of justice imposed by president Muhammadu Buhari to frustrate Judicial process. There has been confirmation of bias on the part of Judges. Withholding and destruction of evidence that proves Nnamdi Kanu's innocence by the DSS.  Fabrication of outright perjury by the prosecutors. False confessions by prosecutors and Judges due to pressure carried out by DSS through president Buhari. Misdirection of a jury by a judge during trial. Conspiracy between court of appeal judges and prosecutors to uphold conviction of the innocent. These are evident examples that's proves to the world at large, that something needs to be done with immediate effect to stop this total madness of Injustice been perpetrated by president Muhammadu Buhari on the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

Buhari shouldn't be allowed to jeopardize Nnamdi Kanu's life by carrying out risky conspiracies just because he's the sitting president in his autocracy government. Where are those International Communities, whose very existence was created to prevent such Injustice and infestation of maltreatment on the innocent? They all need to act right now or else, an innocent man would continue to suffer for exhibiting his fair share of human rights law and also his obligatory rights to self-determination. Humanity must not be allowed to die in the hands of president Muhammadu Buhari. Either you stop Buhari now and save Humanity or turn a blind eye and suffer the consequences. It's left for International Communities to decide!
