FREEDOM FOR MAZI NNAMDI KANU AND BIAFRA CAN NEVER BE A SACRILEGE

FREEDOM FOR MAZI NNAMDI KANU AND BIAFRA CAN NEVER BE A SACRILEGE

By Moses Agbo,
For Family Writers.

Freedom is defined as the absolute right to do or say whatever anyone wishes to say without anyone stopping him/her.

There are so many forms of freedom which includes; Freedoms of speech, freedoms of expression, freedoms of worship or association e.t.c.
All this and other forms of freedoms are duly guaranteed and stipulated in all reasonable constitutions known to humanity.

Therefore, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,Benjamin Mmadubugwu,David Nwawuisi,Chidiebere Onwudiwe and Biafrans in captivity must be allowed to enjoy their freedom as the law states.

If Nigeria court, Nigeria government and all the authorities of the British concocted Nigeria is truly lawful, if they really have the people who interprets laws, if they really know what human right is all about, then it is time for them to let go of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and all the Biafrans been incarcerated extra judicially in various Nigerian prisons.

It is also the time to really explain why Biafra must be together with an artificially created Nigeria despite knowing that oil and water can never mix.

Hon.Mrs.Binta Nyako will be letting the entire humanity to know whether anyone exercising his right for self determination deserved freedom or not. The world is watching as Nigerian government accuses Nnamdi Kanu publicly, but wants to try him secretly.

But should in case Hon.Justice Binta Nyako forgot, the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra and the director of radio Biafra/Biafra Television,Citizen Nnamdi Kanu {POC}and Biafrans at large has been denied his rights to life.  Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and co-defendants should not be subjected to suffer for nothing sake just because they want to be free as the laws stipulates.
There is no basis of argument that will subdue or deny Nnamdi Kanu and co their right to freedom; rather, the perpetrators of these unlawful incarcerations are supposed to pay for their tyrannical tendencies.

Furthermore, we wish to notify the world once again that there has been an information that indicates President Buhari ordered Justice Binta, never to grant Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and others bail of which she obeyed out of fear.

In this kind of situations, people are asking whether truly Nigeria is practicing constitutional democracy or not because, in democracy, the rule law is supreme and legitimate; But a situation whereby the rule of mind supersedes the rule of law, it can only result to anarchy or dictatorship.

Finally, we the indigenous people of Biafra {IPOB} are letting the whole world to know that our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and others must be freed unconditionally as the previous judgment States. Anything in exception of this will not be acceptable.
We are also letting the lovers of freedom and democracy to know that freedom for Nnamdi Kanu and Biafra is a must and can never be sacrilege.
