FAMILY WRITERS COURT UPDATE: CASE ADJOURNED AS FG LOOSES GROUND ON NNAMDI KANU'S TRIAL
After the court struck off 6 out of the eleven count charges levelled against Nnamdi Kanu and co-defendants, Barrister Essien demanded that, the prosecutor, Mr. Labaran, should trash the case, because he has done more injury in the case.
In replying, the presiding judge, Ms. Binta Nyako stated that the court will be reviewing five of the remaining charges for ruling.
Meanwhile, the judge declined the request of the first defendant, Citizen Nnamdi Kanu, to speak, and the case was adjourned to 20 and 21st of March 2017 for continuation of the hearing.
