Based On Logistics: It's Time The Nigerian Government Release Nnamdi Kanu

As the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is set to appear in court for a ruling on the 25th of April, 2017, it’s high time the Nigerian government under the autocratic administration of Muhammadu Buhari finally hands off his court case and let the Judicial process take full control of this trial. There should be no more interference and intimidation of Judges by this present administration; it’s time to put a stop to that.

Nnamdi Kanu trial just keeps driving on and on without any evidence tended by the federal government of Nigeria to warrant his arrest and confinement. This is just pure "Dictatorial showmanship" by President Muhammadu Buhari to lockup Nnamdi Kanu without any prove or justification. Anyways, it's no longer News that Nnamdi Kanu is a prisoner of conscience and also a victim of Political Ethnic Discrimination. It's very lamentable and damaging that Nigeria which stands as a so-called Democratic Country fails to uphold the lowest law of all written in her constitution, which is the right to freedom of speech and expression. To see civilians in Nigeria continue to get killed and arrested by the Nigeria government for exhibiting their democratic rights to freedom of speech and expression shows how disordered, uncivilized and piratical the Nigerian systematic structure is.

Nnamdi Kanu was obviously arrested, imprisoned and persecuted by president Muhammadu Buhari for his non-violent freedom of speech/expression and also because he held to his beliefs of total justice and liberation for his fellow Biafrans. He spoke against the Injustice, Marginalization, ill-fated treatment and modern-day slavery embodied and enforced on his own people in Nigeria. To even make matters worse, over 2000 Biafrans have been killed in less than two years into the administration of President Buhari. This infelicitous act carried out by the Nigerian armed forces has been widely condemned by Amnesty International together with other international bodies who extensively called for an investigation to be carried out against such violation of human rights laws. So far so good, no investigation has been carried out by the Nigerian government and as a matter of fact, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) are still condemned to more cruelty and brutality through her armed forces. It begs the question, how can the Nigerian government be allowed to investigate their own atrocities? Of course the end result of such investigation would be zero. Even Amnesty International are presently been intimidated by the Nigerian government just because they condemned the nefarious killings of Biafrans. Nigeria went as far as paying protesters to protest against amnesty just to stop them from looking into the unlawful murder of Biafrans. Such is the situation of Nigeria, a country that symbolises lawlessness as its Creed.

Just like some prominent individuals in Nigeria has come out to call for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, it would be of Nigeria interest that they yield and oblige to such calls and stop trying to manipulate the judges handling his case because the more they keep prolonging this illicit persecution and trials, the more detrimental it would be for Nigeria. The call for Biafra independence or autonomy is never a crime,  just like self-determination is enshrined in the UN CHARTER, then the call for a sovereign state of Biafra is never a crime. In fact it's the principle and equal rights of the Biafran People to freely choose their sovereignty and international political status with no interference or condemnation.

Based on logistics, the fundamental principles in a democratic state and also Human Rights Law, duly back-up the unconditional release of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and also prohibits the unjust bloodshed of innocent Biafrans perpetrated by the Nigeria Armed Forces. The Nigerian government must by now know that killing, intimidating and arresting Biafrans can never ever stop the agitation of Biafra, neither will it stop Nnamdi Kanu from completing his ordained mission, which is to see fit that the restoration of Biafra is ascertained.

  1. Buhari government along with his Hausa/Fulani, Yoruba traitors and evil British government have no case against mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB in general. It has been 18 months going that Mazi Kanu was abducted and charged with all kinds of ridiculous things. Where is the proof to convict him? Almost two years, yet no serious evidence. This is delay tactics to weaken him to see if he will give up and surrender and also to weaken IPOB and Biafrans to give up. It is an old age tactics. All the tyrannical empires of the past used this same and other tactics—Babylon, Assyria, Rome, etc. We must never give up. Biafra nation must be restored because our lives and destiny as Biafrans have no meaning and future in murderous Islamic State of Nigeria.

  2. Well, the Zoo does not want to admit their mistake. The worse mistake they made was arresting Nnamdi Kanu whose arrest has fueled the legal agitation for Biafran restoration. Nnamdi has opened our eyes and mind. Biafra must be restored and the zoo must collapse.
