BIAFRA: IPOB IGWEOCHA WOMEN MOURN AS ONE OF THEIR OWN WAS LAID TO REST

BIAFRA: IPOB IGWEOCHA WOMEN MOURN AS ONE OF THEIR OWN WAS LAID TO REST

For Family Writers

The 15th of April, 2017 was  a sad day to the IPOB women in Igweocha as they buried one of their members from Rumuigbo zone one at her home town Ama_Elu in Ama Nkalu Alayi in Bende  local government area of Abia State.  Although the journey was quite stressful due to the far distance yet Igweocha women took it upon themselves to travel all the way from Rivers State to Alayi  in Bende L.G.A  to pay their  last respect. This really shows that the Igbo  slogan  " ONURU UBE NWANNE AGBANA OSO" is not a joke at all as these women put it into  practice by giving the deceased family all the necessary support.

Mrs Chibuzor Onyema was a hard core Biafran when she was alive and she never missed the women general meeting except when the sickness which led her to untimely death struck. Her records were up to date .  It is quite unfortunate that she could not live to see Biafra which she was longing for. Rumuigbo zone one and the entire IPOB women in Igweocha missed her a lot and asked God to receive her soul in His bosom. She has played her own part in Biafra restoration and left the rest for others to continue from where she stopped.

For the sake of all those who have laid down their lives for this struggle, this quest must continue until Biafra is fully restored. And this is the only way the souls of all our heroes would rest in peace. There is no plan to quit this struggle and any plan to do so would be seen as evil and wickedness because many have sacrificed for this course. On this note, "Igweocha women are saying rest in perfect peace, formidable and determined woman, late Mrs Chibuzor Onyema".

Meanwhile, the pastor who conducted the burial rites of our beloved sister, a Yoruba man prevented the women from spreading the Biafran flag on the casket as they usually do. The women could not make any speech at all or sing the Biafran songs there at first but the women being formidable and fearless resisted him after much argument and their leader made a speech on the good life she lived. Thereafter, they began to sing Biafran songs to the amazement of the pastor.

When Mazi Nnamdi Kanu told us how evil Yoruba people especially their pastors are, some people tagged it hate speech but today all the things he said about them are happening one after another. The Yorubas  detest anything Biafra, so seeing that, the pastor  hurriedly said the closing prayer  and left the place at once. When we say that Biafra is a spirit, people seem not to understand. It is high time our people boycott Yoruba churches.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has done the greatest by uniting our people and revealing to us those hidden things which the British used to trick us and we thought they were doing us good. If you cannot praise Nnamdi Kanu for any other thing, praise him for this unification which has made an ijaw man to see an Igbo man now as his own brother. Thanks to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu again for opening our eyes and brains to see what was astake. There is no doubt that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is the brain behind this present day Biafra agitation and as a result of his good work, IPOB Igweocha women  went for this burial  simply because the deceased was an acknowledged member of IPOB. Hence, if you have not joined this noble family kindly do so for time waits for no one.

Finally, this good news should spread to the entire Alayi Bende local government and beyond because Biafra sounded so strange to their ears. The entire Bende needs proper sensitization. They have not heard anything about Biafra at all. Not only that, Radio Biafra needs to spread it's tentacles to Bende and beyond so that our people will know what is happening.
