DHL Nigeria: Their Corrupt And Criminal Ways Of Suppressing Biafrans

DHL Nigeria: Their Corrupt And Criminal Ways Of Suppressing Biafrans

Kings Jv Chibuzor & Commrade Chukwu Ogbu Reporting For Family Writers

DHL Nigeria Ltd is a German company that was registered and managed in Nigeria under the management of a Yoruba man named Frank Abenemi. Also, it is a global company in the logistics industries, it said to commit its expertise in international parcel delivery through; global freight forwarding by air, sea, road and rail; warehousing solutions from packaging, to repairs, to storage; mail deliveries worldwide; and other customized logistic services

In this exclusives report, contains how DHL Nigeria Ltd with their unprofessional and unethical modules operandi l, lost valuable documents of their Austria based client.

Mr. James Uzuegbulem Akabogu is an Austria based Biafran from Achina in Aguata LGA of Anambra state. He resides in Vianna Austria with his family which includes wife and three children.
Due to the massive suppression of Black African race in different western countries of the world, Mr. James Uzuegbulem decided to acquire Austria citizenship passport in other not to be facing some critical challenges as regards to citizenship saga in Austria.

This warrants Mr. James to request for his valuable documents to be sent down from Nigeria to Austria through DHL Nigeria Ltd which is under the management of one Mr Frank Abenemi. Little did he know that the company will misplace his original documents? In the misplaced documents, includes “police character reports, birth certificate and other important and valuable credentials".

This lead to Mr. James filing a lawsuit against the DHL Nigerian Ltd at federal high court sitted in Abuja for losing his valuable documents which costs him millions of Naira to acquire and praying to the court for the refunding of his claims and damages.

How can a company with a wide range of knowledge and experiences in logistic and services delivering misplace a valuable documents carefully parcel by their customer? This seriously calls for concern. To cover up their unprofessional mode of working,  DHL Nigeria Ltd in its claim says they  successfully delivered the parcel to Mr. James. Such claim for a huge damage requires strong evidence which they failed to provide before the law court. The only evidence which was manipulated and brought to court by the erred company was thrown out by the judge and as such was not admitted.

Surprisingly, this case has been in court for more than three years (3Years) now, only for DHL Nigeria Ltd to seek for an appeal in other to strike out the case brought before the federal high court without further hearing. To substantiate their plea, federal high court requested for a strong evidence of delivery by of the parcels as claimed by the company which lead to the adjournment of the hearing for final judgment which has been stated to hold on 11th of April 2017.

It is on record that Nigeria Judiciary always engages on corruption practices of giving bias and double standard judgments. If not how can such vital case that requires urgency be delayed for over three years now? Justice delayed they said is justice denied.

MORE UPDATE ON THIS CASE SHALL BE COMMUNICATED TO YOU ON THE 11TH OF APRIL 2017, AFTER THE FINAL JUDGMENT.

  1. The marginalization and oppression of Biafrans (people groups from SE/SS) affect all facets of life and cohabitation in Nigeria. When the American Diversity Visa Lottery was primarily conducted by mail especially from 1992 to 2002, the Yoruba who controls and manages the Postal Service in Nigeria confiscated most of the winnings if it had Biafra names and used them to come over to America. It's very common to meet Yoruba people in various places of work especially in hospitals who answer Igbo names but are Yoruba. It's not until the U.S. Diversity Visa Lottery was digitized and run by electronic format that Igbos and other Biafrans started to receive their wining results. We are screwed in Nigeria. Our existence as Biafrans can only be guaranteed by an exit from the murderous Nigerian State. I pray that our people will wake from their slumber and take their destiny into hands.
