"Change is the only constant in life," said famous Greek philosopher, Heraclitus.
As mixed reactions continues to trail the suspension of some notable senior principle officers of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, which affected the likes of Chukwuemeka Clifford Iroanya, former Coordinator of Coordinators(COC); Uchenna Asiegbu, Head Of Directorate, Head Of Directorate(HOD); Innocent Nmaram Ugochukwu amongst others; Family Writers can rightfully assert that the struggle for Biafra restoration is currently undergoing one of the most difficult and interesting moment, which clearly denotes how a reborn free Biafra state will assert itself as a model to African countries and the rest of the world.

While some loyalists to the suspended individuals have continued to desperately justify under whatever guise, the actions and inactions that triggered the sanctioning of the notable IPOB officers in question; it is however a thing of little surprise to the entire crew of Family Writers that the enemies of Biafra freedom, through their various 'internet e-rats' and media collaborators have left nothing to chance as exemplified in their appalling desperate attempts to inject more injurious salt into the little shake-up within the IPOB leadership hierarchy.

Most of these internet terrorists mainly from the Yoruba and Hausa-Fulani extraction of Nigeria, in collaboration with the rising in-house saboteurs within the clique of the Indigenous People Of Biafra have taken it upon themselves to further destabilise the activities of IPOB, and tarnish the image of IPOB supreme command and control, well represented in Nnamdi Kanu and his deputy, Uche Mefor. These state sponsored wannabes, especially those from the Yoruba and Hausa-Fulani extraction have created several social media accounts with parody 'Biafran' names and profile pictures which enable them to disguise themselves as among Biafra activists.

However, as the saying goes; "what doesn't kill a person makes him/her stronger," It is therefore, remarkable, the civilised and wisdom-encloned approach with which the supreme leadership command of IPOB has handled the volatile situation, thereby strengthening the bond among Biafrans.

One of the things which the antagonists of Biafra restoration have found so difficult to come to grasp with, is no other thing than the leadership structure of IPOB built upon the supreme command and control of Nnamdi Kanu, and his deputy, Uche Mefor. The fact that any of the serving Principle Officers within IPOB leadership is not immune to sanctions such as, suspension, resignation or even outright expulsion from the rest of the family, leaves a lot to salivate when one begins to imagine the prospect of rule of law and democracy in a free Biafra state. One would summarily put that when Nnamdi Kanu established IPOB leadership hierarchy, no vacuum was left for probable sabotage, insubordination and toxicity of absolute power; hence the reason why the removal of some serving principal officers should not come as shock or discouragement to Biafrans and friends of Biafrans. Similarly, it cannot in any way act as a retardant to the actualization of the aims and objectives for which IPOB stands for.

It is basically on this very aspect that the Nigeria government committed one of its most notorious blunders, by having IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu arrested in the first place. For Buhari and his Department of State Services,DSS, abducting Nnamdi Kanu and subjecting him to continuous incarceration as long as possible was expected bring down and disperse the strongholds of IPOB and Radio Biafra.

The plot was that if Nnamdi Kanu can be silenced, it will put an abrupt end to a united congregation of Biafrans under one leadership command; an 'Odimegwu Ojukwu nightmare' which the Nigeria government have been cunningly desperate to avoid its repeat ever since the civil war ended, and which has been sustained through their 'divide and rule' strategy, as well as the political suppression of Biafrans.  However, the  plans of the Muhammadu Buhari led Nigeria government have all met a dead end, for they couldn't preempt the fact that Nnamdi Kanu's incarceration could turn to be more toxic to the existence of Nigeria than when he was anchoring on Radio Biafra London.

Furthermore, it is incontrovertible that IPOB under the leadership command of Nnamdi Kanu has transformed to become a very strong force to be reckoned with in the Biafra liberation struggle; therefore, at this very stage, there is no room for complacency. It is based on these enumerated facts that Family Writers urges the entire Principle Officers and the Office of the Directorate to ensure that the apex leadership command of IPOB which rests upon Nnamdi Kanu must never be tampered with.

The personal ambition or grievance of any serving or demoted principal officer  must not override the fact that all IPOB members, not minding such person's position or achievement in the struggle, are guided by one single chain of command which stimulates directly from Nnamdi Kanu, in line with the overall objective which is the restoration of Biafra sovereignty.

However, now that Nnamdi Kanu is still being held in the camp of the enemies of Biafra restoration, Uche Mefor who is selected by Nnamdi Kanu as a trustworthy second in command must be accorded unalloyed loyalty and support in order to maintain a frictionless acceleration of the struggle, as well as the safe release of Nnamdi Kanu.

Pertaining to this, any attempt or move aimed at casting aspersion or blackmail on the office of Uche Mefor or his personality by supposedly power-mongers within the circle of IPOB, at this present state of the struggle or precarious condition which Nnamdi Kanu is being subjected to by the Nigeria government, should be resisted by all without fear or favour; because whosoever is conspiring against Uche Mefor is invariably conspiring against Nnamdi Kanu whom he is representing; and whosoever is conspiring against Nnamdi Kanu is directly launching an attack against Biafra restoration.

Finally, based on the above analysis, the entire crew of Family Writers declares total solidarity with the recent decision of the supreme leadership command of the Indigenous People of Biafra in sanctioning not less than seven senior principle officers, as a result of insubordination and disobedience to a direct order from the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra. Family Writers also condemns in totality the pathetic calumny campaign launched by some of the sanctioned individuals and their aggrieved supporters against the person of Uche Mefor, which tends to undermine his office and create unnecessary crisis within the IPOB leadership hierarchy.

Notwithstanding, Family Writers are of the position that the suspended principle officers may be forgiven and re-embraced into the family as soon as they show remorse for their actions and shut down the controversial 'Radio Biafra International', launched without any prior permission from IPOB leadership.
In the same vein, Family Writers admonish both the old and newly appointed principle officers  to draw important lessons from the mistakes of their predecessors, and always have it in mind that in IPOB, 'no position is permanent' once indiscipline and disobedience to the apex command and control begins creep in.
