NIGERIAN MEDIA BLACKOUT ON ENUGU HANDSHAKE PROTEST: ENOUGH REASON FOR IT'S OUTRIGHT BOYCOTT

NIGERIAN MEDIA BLACKOUT ON ENUGU HANDSHAKE PROTEST: ENOUGH REASON FOR IT'S OUTRIGHT BOYCOTT

The Nigerian media being exclusively controlled and manipulated by the Yorubas has undoubtedly proven to be a colossal disgrace to the enlightened. Nigerians have over the years, been kept in the dark even when very salient and sensitive events take place both within the wider Nigeria contraption and in Biafraland. The prevalent brown-envelop journalism in the country has grossly rubbished the ethics of professional journalism which hinges on detailed and balanced investigation, truthfulness, transparency, accuracy and sensationalism.

The fact that the shameless Nigerian media outlets have steadily, blatantly and unanimously decided to carefully keep the people in the dark following the ugly incident surrounding the deranged and hypocritical "Handshake Across the Niger" in Enugu last Thursday being 11th of January 2018. The event (summit) organized by the apex Igbo Socio-cutural group called "OHANEZE NDIGBO" and led by Chief John Nnia Nwodo to wholesomely receive and parley with the AFENIFERES (Yoruba Socio-cultural group), drew the anger of the courageous Biafran women which massively protested at the venue and disrupted the event. The Biafran women were irked by the foolishness, the sabotaging antics and the crass egocentric interests of the organisers to the point that they have to unequivocally call for the full and total restoration of Biafra as a sovereign nation and the immediate release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the ebullient and indefatigable leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, from the captivity of the Nigerian Army since the 14th of September, 2017. The chant reverberated so distinctively before the event attendees which forced them to scamper for safety.

It is unfortunate that millions of Nigerians have not just only been deceived but helplessly been denied the benefits of vibrant and balanced news reportage of the Biafran media concerning that very ugly incident that transpired in Enugu last Thursday. The total black out of the Nigerian media about the pandemonium that escorted the women protest, may not be unconnected with the conspiracy and the manipulative antecedents of the Nigerian ministry of Information under the tyrannical government of Muhammadu Buhari.

This has dawned on Biafrans particularly and the world generally to clinically boycott the Nigerian media because it has proven over the years, that people's dependability on Nigeria for the right information is entirely a futility. It is important here therefore, to state that any news that does not favour and project the obnoxious and frivolous interests of the despotic government of Nigeria, will never be allowed to see the light of the day. Obviously, millions of Biafrans who never got informed about the development of that day in Enugu through the services of the Nigerian media, got totally disappointed by being denied the true picture of events that transpired in their territory.

All the information (News) hunters and consumers are nonetheless advised to shun the Nigerian pro-tyrannical government media outlets that dot the whole nooks of crannies within the country but to depend on the Biafran media in all available media platforms, So as to duly get the desired news,  credibly served hot and fresh as they happen. The Biafran media outfits include Radio Biafra London, Biafra TV, Family Writers Press, The BiafraHerald, BiafraPost, BiafraTimes, BiafraTelegraph, et cetera.

It is advantageously advisable therefore to conscientiously boycott the Nigerian media henceforth as it has become a disgrace to morality and professionalism. It has wittingly sold it's soul to the corruption of brown-envelop modus operandi while the Biafran media has endeared itself to the civilized world ostensibly occasioned by it's news articulation and dissemination. The world must jettison the trash being churned out by the corrupt, deceptive and oppressive Nigerian media which has shamelessly mortgaged it's conscience for unethical gains.

The Biafran women have unequivocally placed the demands of all Biafrans before the oppressors/enemies, their agents, and the world.
