BIAFRAN ELDERS SET TO INAUGURATE A NEW CHAPTER IN EDO STATE

BIAFRAN ELDERS SET TO INAUGURATE A NEW CHAPTER IN EDO STATE

A new chapter of the Biafra Indigenous Council of Elders (BICOE), is duly set for inauguration today, Wednesday 27th March 2019, at Igbanke in Edo State. This follows the ongoing massive grassroot evangelism outreach programs carried out in the area, geared towards Biafra restoration across the entire Biafraland.

Family Writers Press gathered that thousands of elders affiliated to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), have journeyed from their various destinations to Igbanke, for this all important inauguration ceremony.

Speaking to Family Writers Press Crew, the President-General of BICOE, His Royal Majesty, Eze Enyinda Omenego Ogwunka  who led Igweocha delegation to the event, noted that Igbanke people have in their numbers, embraced the Biafra restoration project as ably led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, hence the urgency of establishing new zones alongside other corresponding units in the area.

Igbanke is located in Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo State. It consists of eight villages, namely: Ake, Idumodin, Idumuiru, Igbontor, Obiogba, Oligie, Omolua and Ottah.
