BREAKING NEWS: JUBILATION ERUPTS IN UZO UWANI LGA AS IPOB ENUGU FAMILY INAUGURATES THREE ADDITIONAL UNITS
It was a great moment of jubilation in Uzo Uwani local government area of Enugu State in Biafraland, as the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), finally recorded it's presence there, with the establishment and inauguration of some family units. This followed result-oriented mobilization efforts employed by the IPOB Enugu Mobilization Team.
Recall that in the month of July 2019, a couple of the State's mobilization team members led by Mazi Egwuatu Chukz, undertook an adventure across the Nsukka axis of Biafraland. This area consists of six different local government councils, including Uzo Uwani, Igboetiti, Udenu, Nsukka, Igboeze North and Igboeze South. In the course of mobilization, various communities were reached with the Biafra restoration gospel, with the sole purpose of planting IPOB families within the localities.
It is however heartwarming to state here that the very essence of that exercise, has automatically paid off with encouraging number of the people of Uzo Uwani local government area, getting excitedly enlisted in the struggle. IPOB families have been established, with meetings being held accordingly, in such units like Nkporogwu community unit, Ukpabi Nimbo community unit, Abi community unit, Ukpaka community unit, Adani community unit, Ugbene Ajima community unit, etcetera.
On Sunday 22nd September 2019, members of IPOB Enugu State Executive, officially inaugurated three different units in Uzo Uwani local government area. The exercise was conducted by the State Coordinator and the Chief Mobilization Officer, amongst others. The inaugurated family units included:
* Nkporogwu Community Unit
* Ukpabi Nimbo Community Unit
* Ugbene Ajima Community Unit
The inauguration exercise strictly adhered to the IPOB existing protocols. The State Coordinator passionately addressed and admonished the people of Uzo Uwani. He congratulated them for being graciously ushered into the global community of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), ably led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The State Mobilization Team released firm assurance that the newly inaugurated family units will be given the required education on IPOB operational ethics. It was also clearly stated to the people that the organization has absolutely nothing to do with Nigeria politics but rather purely given to freedom fighting, for the total restoration of the nation of Biafra and liberty of her citizens. They were equally encouraged to endeavor to carry on with the evangelism program within their neighborhood either as individuals or as a group.
Local government executives (principal officers) were also appointed to help drive the affairs of the area. The officers are: Mazi Akor John Anene..... Uzo Uwani LGA Coordinator and Mazi Peter Atta..... Deputy Coordinator. It is noteworthy to state here that before now, no IPOB family had existed in the local government area despite the spate of diverse terrorism acts orchestrated against the indigenous people of Nimbo particularly, by the marauding Fulani killer herdsmen (Islamists).
All the inaugurated units have their respective officials duly appointed for the smooth administration of the families. The entire exercise came to a close amidst praises and joy as the day was historically marked, by the communities. Group photographs were taken for a memorial by the IPOB media personnel.
