INAUGURATION OF IPOB WOMEN WING IN OGINIGBA ZONE, IGWEOCHA -  BIAFRALAND



The Oginigba Women Wing in Obio/Akpor Area 2 of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), ably led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, took it's own turn of the hosting of the September 2019 edition of the Women's Monthly General Meeting on Sunday the 8th day. The gathering attracted a cream of women dignitaries from across the State, Local Government Areas and as well as Obio/Akpor Area 2.

Leading a team of Igweocha Women Executives was the State leader, Mrs. Catherine Onwuzuruike while the Obio/Akpor Women leader, Mrs. Oluchi Ohiri led her Executives amongst other women in the area to the meeting. Also present were other local government women coordinators.

The Oginigba women in their wonderful colours, enthusiastically filed out before their visitors and after due consultations with the visiting women principal officers of both the State and Obio/Akpor Area 2, got duly inaugurated. They were prayed for and commissioned to fully function as a zone in the Biafra restoration struggle most especially, within their locality. They were also enjoined to actively get involved in all the activities of the women within Igweocha. In her appreciation, Mrs. Sandra Ngozi George, Oginigba zonal women leader, on behalf of her colleagues, thanked the women executives for the honor done them and pledged their loyalty and dedication to duty.

Also present in the occasion were the Obio/Akpor Area 2 Coordinator - Mazi Wisdom Elochukwu Okafor, Area 2 Elders Forum Chairman - Elder Njoku Ikechukwu Chukwunonyerem, Elelenwo MTN/School Road Zonal Coordinator - Mazi Otutu Buike, Oginigba Zonal Coordinator - Mazi Onyedikachi Bright Uba, Chief Megbechikwere Richard Dike, Veteran Udechukwu Uwakem Simon and other members of IPOB Oginigba Family Zone.

All the visitors were fully treated to sumptous/diverse Biafran delicacies, amongst other packages.
