IPOB WINS SOUTH AFRICA IN HER OWN COURT

IPOB WINS SOUTH AFRICA IN HER OWN COURT

Recall that on Thursday 3rd October 2019, members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) resident in South Africa, carried out yet another legitimate and peaceful protest, demanding that the visiting Jubril Aminu Al-Sudani, currently impersonating the dead Muhammadu Buhari as the Nigerian President, be subjected to a DNA test by to ascertain his identity. He visited the country to seal up a bilateral agreement with the South African President.

The South African police oppressively employed the use of force and lethal weapons against the peaceful Biafran protesters, injuring a couple of them. An additional IPOB member was arrested and arraigned in court on Friday 4th October 2019. Recall that the arrested IPOB member was kept in police custody eversince despite exchange of legal fireworks between the IPOB legal team and the South African prosecuting team, concerning his bail. This was objected to by the presiding judge pending final determination of the matter which was adjourned to Friday 11th October 2019.

IPOB members stormed the court in their numbers today in solidarity as the case for his acquittal was being determined. Civil protest is an inalienable right of citizens and can never be adjudged criminal in any civilized society. The IPOB member after due legal implications as critically determined, was eventually granted bail and released. This is yet another unprecedented victory for the IPOB global family in her legitimate quest for justice and freedom.

  2. Good news. However, South Africa must get their acts together because a Biafran harbored the late freedom fighter Nelson Mandela in Biafra land. Most Biafran people especially musicians and Students were in the struggle to free South Africa from apartheid. South African must stay away from a failing State Nigeria that is currently ruled by an imposter president Jubril Al Sudani from Sudan. South Africa must stay away to avoid being disgraced among the comity of nations. Biafrans in South African are hard working people and helping to develop your country.
