The Disgusting Defect Of The Nigerian Soldiers

The Disgusting Defect Of The Nigerian Soldiers

The difference between a well trained, civilized and professional soldier and the so-called "soldiers" as we have them in Nigeria is another important distinction under the rules of war. War is fought by trained soldiers armed with guns, tanks and assortment of other strategic weapons that are authorizedly being used for tactical advantage, both offensive and defensive. They are not the type that are armed to fight unarmed civilians and protesters. The object of war is to thoroughly defeat an enemy by destroying it's armed forces which may be accomplished in well defined ways, including killing and attrition.

The news of American soldiers rescuing their citizen held hostage by terrorists in Nigeria, showed the stark difference between soldiers trained to fight in wars and soldiers trained to be fighting unarmed civilian protesters. Nigerian soldiers are a bunch of shameless terrorists, good only for terrorising innocent citizens on the order of their crude commanders who pleasure in staying in their offices and be dishing out orders to their terrorist armed men/women who parrade crass unprofessionalism.

The news of how soldiers of the United States of America tactically rescued their citizen from the Nigerian terrorists, have just showed us the clear difference. “US forces conducted a hostage rescue operation during the early hours of 31st October in Northern Nigeria to recover an American citizen held hostage by a group of armed men."

Jonathan Hoffman, Chief Pentagon spokesman, said in a statement, "This American citizen is safe and is now in the care of the USA Department of State. No USA military personnel was injured during the operation."

"We appreciate the support of our international partners in conducting this operation," Hoffman added.

"The United States will continue to protect our people and our interests anywhere in the world", he concluded.

It was gathered that "US Air Force Special Operations flew into Nigeria to rescue the son of a missionary, Philip Walton who was kidnapped in Niger Republic by Fulani killer herdsmen. The young man was kidnapped in the neighboring country on  Tuesday morning same week by Fulani herdsmen armed with AK-47 assault rifles but was smuggled into country through the border that is closed by the Buhari-led nepotistic and insincere Nigerian government.

The Fulani herdsmen kidnappers demanded for the sum of one million dollars from Phillips father who has lived in Niger Republic for thirty years. The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), provided the intelligence leading to Walton's whereabouts while the Marine Special Operations elements in Africa helped locate him. In the early morning of Friday, the 30th of October 2020, about thirty USA Navy Commandos parachuted into the remote area where the kidnappers had taken Walton to. They hiked about three miles until they came upon the captors’ small encampment.

An intense but brief gunfight followed in which one captor escaped. An evidence that soldiers are different from soldiers. They are soidiers who fight in war and soldiers who fight in protests, soldiers who have respect for their people and their careers and soldiers who terrorise their people, soldiers who swore to an oath to protect their nation/citizens and soldiers who swore to an oath to protect their governors and politicans who impoverish them. Soldiers who have respect for human lives and those who care less about human lives. Soldiers who are civilized and those who are uncivilized, uncultured and disgustingly crude. Nigeria shamelessly has soldiers who are merely armed for terrorism and brutalization of innocent citizens. There is honestly a glaring difference between soldiers with sense and those without sense.
