Ebubeagu Security Outfit: An Imminent Disaster In Disguise

Ebubeagu Security Outfit: An Imminent Disaster In Disguise

As if just awakened from a deep slumber, the Governors of South Eastern Nigeria for the first time, thought it wise, converging to deliberate on the prevalent slaughter of their citizens by diverse armed Fulani terrorists. This led to the communique published by various media publication houses recently, about the supposed launch of a non-existing security outfit they called: "Ebubeagu Security Network".

The meeting as held by the governors was behind closed doors. The location was in Imo State and it was aimed at reaching an agreement to announce a non-existing security outfit.

This has been interpreted by concerned persons as a scheme to weaken "Eastern Security Network (ESN)", set up by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. This scheme is more likened to the "divide and conquer" strategy of the British.

The personalities that attended the meeting were the five Eastern State Governors, the Nigerian Inspector-General of Police (IGP) and representatives from civilian-terrorising Nigerian army, which also doubles as licensed terrorists' informants.

It is necessary at this juncture for Biafrans to all rise up and resist this plot and any other security outfits coming from these governors, who have carefully and arrogantly failed to acknowledge the crimes and atrocities of Fulani herdsmen, even with the slaughter of Biafran citizens on regular basis. We are rest assured that if the Nigerian police and the army could fail in their  constitutional duties of protecting the citizens, inspite of so much funds being allocated to them from the Federal Government, then this newly floated security outfit will equally fail. The is not a prayer, it is something very certain because no political security outfit in Nigeria today can healthily operate without getting infiltrated by same state-sponsored Fulani terrorists. A good look at Amotekun in the South-West (Oduduwaland), will point to what will eventually be the fate of the faceless Ebubeagu Security Outfit.

This is why greater number of Biafrans do not welcome this idea because when infiltrated, this bunch of clearly undisciplined folks will metamorphose into "messengers of death" against the Biafran youths. This is the same type of infiltration that led to the slaughter of many Nigerian soldiers in the North-East by Boko Haram terrorists.  Another thought on this is that the South-Eastern Governors, who are  well known for owing workers and pensioners will definitely find it difficult to approve funds for the equiping or maintaining of any security outfit. In this regards, one can be right to envisage the outcome. It will rather turn out to be just a plot to massively kill Biafran youths which they will send to confront the AK47 wielding Fulani terrorists, ill-equipped with shot range guns in the name of Ebubeagu security outfit.

It is also simple to picture the craftiness of these governors on how they only announced the outfit and not the launch. It appears as yet, not to have passed through some legislative processes. Personally, I would say that "this project is as good as dead on arrival". Biafran youths must beware of the looming danger and desist from enlisting into this death trap. If the well funded Nigerian army and the police cannot victoriously fight Fulani terrorists, neither can any security outfit under this government's supervision, be able to fight same.

A word they say, is enough for the wise!
