COURT ORDERS FOR THE RELEASE OF NNAMDI KANU BUT DSS REFUSED

COURT ORDERS FOR THE RELEASE OF NNAMDI KANU BUT DSS REFUSED

By Ifeanyi Chijioke
(For Family Writers)

The DSS had secretly arrested and arraigned the director of radio Biafra Mazi  Nnamdi Kanu without a stated offense or crime, the said magistrate court he was arraigned before had given him bail and the defense council of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu had having met the bail requirements was still denied of his client. Recall that international communities, world leaders, human right organizations and media houses had vehemently condemned the arrest of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.  Meanwhile the condemnation mounted pressure on DSS and president Buhari to release him but owing to the culture indiscipline before the law DSS has failed to implement proceedings on their own side.

There is a clear effort to hold further Nnamdi Kanu who was granted access to his lawyer who confirmed he is hale and hearty. Through his lawyer the leader of indigenous people of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu had enjoined Biafrans to continue abiding by the law. DSS had again shown that they are not willing to let go Nnamdi Kanu as they seek to dish out one reason or another to continue holding him, they have also failed to follow the order of the court by releasing him. The lawlessness in this contraption called Nigeria has turned a stain that can't be washed out. We the indigenous people of Biafra call for the due release of our leader and warn Nigeria that the eyes of the world is on them, we are also reaffirming that Biafra is not negotiable as no injustice, threat, killing or detention will stop the coming of Biafra.
