BUHARI HAS MURDERED JUSTICE IN NIGERIA

The progressive development that has taken place between October 14,2015 to December 23,2015 in the unwarranted kidnap and subsequent arraigment of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the indomitable leader of indigenous people of Biafra,by the Islamic republic of Nigeria has been quite phenomenal. The flimsy charges brought up against him by Mumumadu Buhari, ranging from conspiracy, leading unlawful society to terrorism, terrorism financing, and presently treasonable felony. It must be noted that all three courts of competent jurisdiction, presided over by pronounced legal luminaries has unequivocally granted Mazi Nnamdi kanu unconditional release. He has been found innocent and worthy to go home a free man yet Buhari and his Daura secret service( DSS) violated certified three COURT ORDERS. Why is Buhari and Dss holding him captive? We understand that the law is supreme and above every individual and institution.
Buhari holding him out of prejudice is contravention of rights of self determination protected in UN and AU charter on human rights and rights of indigenous people which Nigeria government is a signatory. It is a mortal mockery on the acclaimed impartiality of Judiciary and crystallization of executive lawlessness in this British contraption called Nigeria. It is a presidential ridicule of Nigeria Bar and Bench, dignified as learned gentlemen and ladies. It reflects the corrupted marriage of executive and judiciary, stampede on human rights and unavailability of rule of law in Nigeria. Why is the judiciary watching Buhari and Daura drag their professional reputation to the mud? Why is the national assembly yet to call for sack of DG of Daura secret service DSS and resignation or outright impeachment of Buhari for gross violation of the constitution? If Buhari can make case for Palestine state at the 70th session of UN general assembly in New York why not accept and confirm the self determination of indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) in Nigeria?
Why hold Nnamdi kanu against the law? Buhari does not have a good catch in Nnamdi Kanu. Three times arraigned in court three times court upheld his unconditional release. On Wednesday 23/12/2015 marks another milestone in our match to freedom. Buhari despising the judiciary and a subsisting court order arraigned Mazi Nnamdi kanu again for treasonable felony. We count it an honour to have a leader, who we enjoy as instrument of Biafra restoration and rehabilitation of our people. The world should acknowledge the significance of his objection when he boldly confessed before his enemies "Thank you your lordship, my objection is that I will not receive a fair trial in this court. The information I got is that I will not receive a fair trial before this court. I will not sacrifice the due process of law because of speedy court process over the principle of natural justice on the altar of speedy release. In other words, I would rather remain in detention than subject myself to a trial that I know amounts to pervasion of justice. Your lordship, previous court rulings in my favour have been given by courts of competent jurisdiction in this country Nigeria which were not carried out by Buhari and DSS" Buhari preached freedom for Palestine but vow to abrogate rule of law, human rights, legal and moral justice for Nnamdi kanu and the people of Biafra.
Those who studied human relations know the problem with rulers. The Bar should rise and compel Buhari to swallow pride and release Nnamdi kanu as declared by the law. Any government that makes pretension being democratic proves itself by enduring the application of the rule of law, enforcement of human rights. Fundamental rights showcase true democracy. The executive rascality and deliberate insult on the Bar and the Bench is our yardstick to measure the colossal failure of democracy in Nigeria. Mumumadu Buhari has murdered justice in Nigeria, Let the Bar arise and protect their professional dignity.
