IS NYESOME WIKE A LOST SHEEP OR BLIND ONE?

IS NYESOME WIKE A LOST SHEEP OR BLIND ONE?
By Ifeanyi Chijioke
(For Family Writers)

We were just rejoicing for a self realisation through the gospel of truth being preached by now illegally detained leader of IPOB and director of radiobiafra. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu opened our eyes that we were able to know ourselves, same culture, same food, same language with slight differences across Biafra land and same religion. We were one until they divided us through naming us southsouth when there is no northnorth or westwest, they hence channeled our mind into resource control and little southsouth lost vision, Biafrans lost vision and unity until Nnamdi Kanu came.
Wike & Yakubu

We realized ourselves and defeated their divide and rule, there is jubilation everywhere but I must not hide this thorn in our flesh, it pains significantly that we must sought a way to get rid of it. Of recent The executive governor of River state was accused of siding Biafrans, he is a governor and it's understandable that it would amount to treasonable felony should he try it. We the indigenous people of Biafra love him without measure and when his government shot peaceful protesters to death in porthacourt, we did not indict him, we indicted Buhari because he was the one that ordered him. Truly we were supposed to hold Wike responsible but our love blinded us. Now he is trying his possible best to prove he is not siding us, we understand that nobody will cling the governorship of a country and sought or support the desolation of the country, he would selfishly gain in the country at the detriment of the people. Nyesome Wike finds it a blessing for River state to have been created  which gave him opportunity to be a governor in life, is he trying to please and prove he is a committed Nigerian or he is overwhelmed for being a governor he never imagined he could be in his life time? Gowon to have been immortalized in River state for creating the state is a worry to me because there is more on the negative to Gowon than creation of River state on the positive.

Gowon ordered the genocide that claimed the lives of over 3.5 million Biafrans, he ordered the blockade that mercilessly starved over one million God-given children to death. Gowon killed us, maimed us, took everything we had and gave us 20pounds each. My father had 10,000 pounds but 20 pounds was given to him. Our fathers wept, he slided them into penury and the world was a wicked place, our pregnant mothers that succeeded the war in pains and hardships gave birth, their children had nothing to eat and like the slaves of Ubindu they were made to eat sand. My grandfather told me how they took his lovely wife, a black ugly and dirty Hausa/Fulani man took a fair and glittering wife of his, in that very military camp every soldier raped and molested her.

These were what Gowon did to us and today he is being immortalized by the descendants of the beneficiary of that 1967 genocide. Is Nyesome Wike a lost sheep or blind sheep? I have tried to forget the 1967 genocide yes I have done enough for living with it since after the war, sometimes walking on the streets, seeing the buildings and what Biafrans have achieved so far I have more reason to endure. No power supply, no seaport, no roads, no hospital, there is no federal government presence in Biafra land yet we excel. We risk our lives and enter Europe through Mediterranean sea, we die in hundreds and survive in hundreds, we send money home and work Biafra land while Nigerian government take our oil, pay some governors and people bribes, sell the oil and work Oduduwa and Arewa. We are slaves and hopeless, oil spill yet make life miserable for us. Immortalizing Gowon has just immortalized our pains and tears, I wonder what it would pain like, waking up to see or hear the name of the man that unleashed horror on us. Immortalizing Gowon is immortalizing our horror.
