BUHARI CONSPIRACY TO USE JUDGE TSOHO AGAINST NNAMDI KANU

The judiciary needs to be independent from other Branch of government. Meaning Court should not be subjected to improper influence from other branch of government or from private sector. Judicial independence is vital and important to the ideas of separation of power and good democracy. Judges have the ultimate responsibility for decision regarding freedom, right, duties of natural and legal persons within their jurisdiction. The independence of each individual judge safeguards every person's right to have their case decided solely on the basis of the law, the evidence and fact without any improper influence, as well as functioning, efficiently and independently. Judiciary is an essential requirement for a fair, consistent and neutral administration of justice.
Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) and Director of radio Biafra, was accused of handling illegal radio station and managing an unlawful society, and also many bias accusations. Many court of competent jurisdiction that were involved in his Trials, were Compromise by the Federal government spear headed by President Muhammdu Buhari. Due to the personal grievance of the president, president Buhari publicly declare in his presidential media chat on 31st December last year insisting that he will make sure Nnamdi kanu did not jump bail, meaning he wants Nnamdi Kanu to face a jail term and also a possibility of Life imprisonment. No wonder since Nnamdi Kanu court trials, despite been unconditionally release by the court, Buhari made sure he was denied bail. Since then Nnamdi Kanu have appeared in several court sittings, either the presiding judge was ABSENT or there was an ADJOURNMENT of the case.
All this delays is for a specific purpose. It’s a grand plan between Buhari, and Justice John Tsoho with a sole aim of buying them enough time to Manipulate Evidence that will send Nnamdi kanu to life imprisonment. But all Buhari's plans shall be highly resisted by the entire Biafra people. From a reliable source, it was gathered that Justice James Tsoho of the federal high court is a close friend of vice president Yemi osibanjo and also a admirer of the ruling party (A.P.C.) To elaborate more on this, on march 2015, justice James Tsoho nullify the election of former beauty queen, Ibinabo Fiberesima the then elected president of Actors Guild of Nigeria AGN. The river state born thespian hosted the former president Goodluck Jonathan in "All Star Interactive Session “on 15th march 2015. Three days later, in a ruling, Justice James Tsoho Nullify her Election because she is a supporter of PDP and president Goodluck while Justice John Tsoho is a diehard APC supporter.
Ibinabo Fiberesima gave order to her lawyer to file the appeal on the judgment. According to the national secretary of AGN, Abubakar Sanusi Yakubu, Ibinabo is challenging the judgment since she believe that the judge do not understand the case before Making his judgment. That case has been backdated twice since 2011 and someone who did not even contest for the election is challenging her. JUSTICE James Tsoho is an Incompetent judge. He received BRIBE from st maradona Mikevene and his proxies to nullify her election, Ibinabo authoritatively declared. Recently we dug out that justice James Tsoho have been compromised in the ongoing case bail application case of Nnamdi Kanu,a tone of N100milion was issued to him in cash by Buhari to refuse the bail application of Nnamdi kanu and either sentence him to 10years imprisonment or a life sentence. But the world is watching, Nemesis must surely catch up with both, Buhari and justice Tosho they refuse to desist from such atrocities.
Next court case scheduled to hold on 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th of February, we all are watching and the Biafran people are waiting patiently, to watch as events unfolds. IPOB will always maintain their peaceful protest according to the UN charter on the right of the indigenous people of Biafra, which Nigeria is a signatory. Biafrans will continue their agitation for self-determination until they awakened the consciousness of the world and at the end, BIAFRA MUST BE RESTORED.
