FAMILY WRITERS/JOURNALIST FINAL LIVE COURT CASE UPDATE
The heavily smiling Leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra and Director of Radio Biafra/Biafra Television Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,who was dressed in a traditional attire arrived the Federal High Court room at about 10:35am accompanied by Two warders from Kuje Prison and other heavily armed force men. John Tsoho commenced the Court hearing at about 11:40am.
Councils of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu debated on who will lead the defence council for a while and it was concluded that, SAN Chucks Mmuoma will be the representative of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the court proceedings. San Labaran took up the leading council of Nigeria Government,not Mohammed Diri who has been presiding over the case. The defendant Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's face was engulfed with heavy smiles, through the court proceedings.
The leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was charged for treason by the Nigeria Government and was granted bail,but the Nigeria DSS disobeyed the court orders. Justice John Tsoho ruled that the defendant Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,should be transferred to prison custody,which the Dss has no choice but to accept due to the constant persuasion by the Indigenous People Of Biafra. On the 25 of January, 2016 the Leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was brought to Court,but the case was adjourned to today been the 29 of January 2016.
Justice John Tsoho read out the grounds,which stated that "The first defendant(Mazi Nnamdi Kanu) has been granted bail made by Honourable justice Ademola,when he was still in the custody of Dss,but the court order was disobeyed and he went further to state that, an accused person is innocent until he is proved guilty and that it is against Section 35 subsection 4 and 36 Subsection 4 to keep an accused person without bail,for over 90days.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was arraigned alongside with Engineer David Nwawuisi and Bejamin Madubugwu charged for treason,as they were accused of mounting Radio Biafra transmitters. The Judge stated that the council of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was demanding for the bail of the first defendant (Mazi Nnamdi Kanu) and not the other two defendants, but approved of it after it was deliberated on.
The Nigeria Government council stated that,if Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is granted bail he might become a security threat,might interfere in any evidence that will be used against him and that the Radio Biafra broadcast is inciting hate amongst citizens of Nigeria". According to Judge John Tsoho,Mazi Nnamdi Kanu might escape,due to his Dual passport and adjourned the case to 9,10,11 and 12 February 2016. Justice J Tsoho has been bribed to keep detaining our leader Nnamdi kanu bc they are dt biafran restoration will be quicker wt him outside. Otherwise can someone tell me how d charges of broadcasting hateful speech in radio biafra amount to treason? There can never be a guinine love and peace b/w islamic vampires who kills human for nothing and peaceful christian biafrans who abhor killing of human being. We will alwayd hate as long we adher to our religion.

ReplyDeleteThat islamic Nigeria that kills Biafrans at every turn will turn around to accuse a Biafran of speaking hate, tells the world why Nigeria is truly a zoo. Biafra has come to stay. Nigeria as was known can never be the same again. Kidnapping and detaining Nnamdi Kanu and killing protesting Biafrans will not stop the realization of Biafra as ordained by GOD almighty. We pray Kanu remains strong in body and spirit and all Biafrans continue to be aware of the need to remain resolute. We hope all the legal counsels for Kanu are committed to the same cause.
