I HAVE CONCERNS OVER THE JUDGE ON KANU'S CASE-- EFOBI ANTHONY IFEANYI

I HAVE CONCERNS OVER THE JUDGE ON KANU'S CASE- EFOBI ANTHONY IFEANYI
By Ifeanyi Chijioke
(For Family Writers)
Ifeanyi Efobi Anthony a doctor in law has expressed concern over the judge handling Nnamdi Kanu's case, addressing a select team of Family writers/journalists from his base in London. He questioned the credibility of the judge whom he described as a puppet in the hand of Buhari, he however cited that his acceptance to preside over the case might follow prior compromise with FG.

In his words " yes the FG is determined to nail that innocent man Kanu, and the judge might do their dirty jobs" he argued that Kanu deserves bail and wondered why anyone would think Kanu will run " Britain have a good relationship with Nigeria, guilty persons can be arrested and sent back to Nigeria" he further argued that having disobeyed the court, the judge should be fierce and show the power of the judiciary by doing what is needed of the court. Asked on how he saw the performance of the judge on last court hearing.

He was quick to curtail the feeling of praises, " the order to take Kanu to prison is not a victory, Kanu should have be taken to prison since, for Christ sake, i live in London where institutions work" talking on the performance of the defense council, he hailed Obetta who firstly spearheaded the case and praised his professionalism to allow Muoma come in. He said that Obetta really won in many ways.

He however praised Muoma for his learned dispositions, he said " Muoma should know he is dealing with Nigeria where court orders are flouted, he Muoma should get all surtees ready tomorrow and stand his ground that Kanu will go from the court, he might go back to Kuje for signing papers and the dictator will order them to hold him again"

  5. Stop Crimes against humanity by Muhammadu Buhari. Stop the violation of International Treaties against "Torture" and "Enforced Disappearance." Stop criminally abducting and torturing the beleaguered people of Biafra who are 100% Christian for wanting Independence from the Islamic State of British-Nigeria. Prevent a brewing human disaster in British-Nigeria. Free Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of IPOB and Director of Radio Biafra, and other members of IPOB unlawfully abducted and tortured by British-Nigeria now.

  7. Would I ever go to bed without listening to Radio Biafra? No, I never did. This song so much gives me joy and calms my nerve, each time it was sung to usher in our Director for the 7 pm evening Radio Biafra broadcast and also sung to close the day's broadcast. I eagerly and earnestly look forward to such a time when it will be sung and the next voice I will hear is the cheering voice my Leader (Mazi Nnamdi Kanu). It shall soon be so, in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
