OHAFIA: One dead as Nigerian soldiers battle youths celebrating Ekpe festival

News has it that there is heavy gun shot in Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State, it was reported that one person was allegedly wounded and properties including houses worth several millions of naira destroyed as soldiers of the 14 Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Ohafia, Abia State clashed with civilians in the area.
According to Sun News, a prominent member of Ekpe Cultural group from Amaekpu Ohafia had died and as tradition demanded, youths from the area organized the Ekpe festival for his burial.
In the course of the festival, it was gathered that a fracas ensued between the youths and some soldiers which resulted in a fight.

What a hell. are we prisoner that our youth can no longer do their festive thing. must every gathering appears protesting before Nigeria? Muhammazoo buharia and his cohorts should watch their action. what goes round we all know surely comes round. we watching and waiting.
