WHAT A SHAME TO THE NIGERIAN JUDICIARY

WHAT A SHAME TO THE NIGERIAN JUDICIARY

By Oscar Lee
For Family Writers

Democracy as the name implies cannot be effective without strong institutions of the state like the judiciary. A democratic nation is suppose to operate with the judiciary but the case is quite different in Nigeria where laws which are meant to governor the states are swept aside or been influenced by the same people who ought to use the same laws to rule the state. As in the case point of Mohammed Buhari verse Nnamdi Kanu the Leader of the indigenous of people of Biafra, where many judges and money has exchanged hands all in the name of influencing and tangling with the laws to enforce incompetence in the judicial system lead by Mohammed Buhari’s government.
John Tsoho

The Leader of the indigenous people of Biafra has been under the dungeon of Nigerian government lead by the Mohammed Buhari for many months now despite many court rulings directed in granting him bail by all the judges who has carefully examine all evidence brought against him and found nothing incriminating on it, and that's was why a federal high court judge in person of Justice Ahmed Mohammed fully washed his hand off the case and refused huge amount of money that was offered to him by Buhari in order to save his conscience and the noble profession as a judge.

Information reaching us through our investigators indicates that a sum of hundred million naira (N100million) has been offered to the current judge in person of Mr. John Tsoho by the same Mohammed Buhari to make sure he ruled against Nnamdi Kanu and deny him bail. If a sitting president can easily influence the judiciary, what then is the future of the judiciary system, judges in Nigerian and the rule of Law as a whole?
It is time for reformation of our long standing Judicial system to bring credibility and transparency in the justice system because many innocent victims have been put behind bars due to the dubious judges who sat on their cases, unlike every other cases, the case of Nnamdi Kanu is a torn in the flesh of Nigerian judges and the judiciary as a whole, because the international community is following each trial as they keep postponing it, the activities of the IPOB has gone beyond the shores of Nigeria. Anything that will infringe on the right of Nnamdi Kanu will be resisted by all Biafrans.

IPOB is aware that Mr. John Tsoho knows that the credibility of his personality is at stake and if he wants his hard work to go in vain let continue his conspiracy with Buhari but if he want to stand aside, be truthful and stand for justice let him also go ahead but all eyes are on him. Judge John Tosho should also know that he will bear the full wrath of the Biafran people should he go against the truth, the protection he is enjoying now will not last forever but only for a matter of time and he will come to the realisation that money or bribe is not everything. As he has said on the 9,10,11,12 of Feb 2015 all eyes both local and international will be on him to the judgment be as it supposed to be so that Nnamdi Kanu will be free. It is of our view that there is no crime in having a dual citizenship and that should not be held against Nnamdi Kanu. Even in the United Nation charter, self determination is allowed and Nigerian is a signatory to that same charter.

  1. It's obvious that the judge is trying to compromise with the case but let him not forget that he can run but can not hide, we are watching him and his boss.
