ENUGU: NIMBO WARD 2 COUNCILLOR AMONG SCORES OF VICTIMS AND A CHURCH BURNT

The Nimbo community in Uzouwani local government of Enugu state met their waterloo this Monday morning 25TH of April. The experience in Agatu has been replicated by same people and with same strategy. Invaded in the early hours of the day and brutally cut and shot to death without any recourse. Innocent men and women have gone down, courtesy of One Nigeria, where nature is forced to oppose itself-Keeping a Muslim in same room with a Christian.
Scores have been reportedly killed among them is the ward 2 councillor of Nimbo community popularly known as Invisible was said to be severely cut and was found escaping in the pool of his blood. He was quickly rushed to a nearby hospital as his chances of survival is minimum and needing God's intervention to stay alive. The report of Amputated victims left the community in tears while the number of their dead prompted mobilization for a reprisal. There is a confirmed report of beheaded victims as such brutality is unprecedented. Christ Holy Church was not spared as it was razed along other homes.
While the Nigerian police did nothing but carry the corpse they could lay their hands on " we won't give them our corpse', they are asking for more, if we give them they will still ask us to pay if we want to bury them. We have not called Nigerian police to get rid of corpse' but to fight these terrorists. Why are they afraid of them, why can't they help us by standing them, please help us and tell IPOB that we are dying, let Nnamdi Kanu come and save us, let us go into this battle once and for all" a bereaved man told Ifeanyi Chijioke of Family Writers over the phone.
