COURT UPDATE: APPEAL COURT UPDATE: OLISAH METUH CASE PROCEEDING BEFORE KANU'S CASE

Metuh who was arrested on the charges of fraud, also happens to have a case before the court of appeal, Abuja on the same day Nnamdi Kanu was to appear before the same court on the 5th of May, 2016.
Justice Adume Moore and two other Judges are already going through Olisa Metuh case file before they get to that of Nnamdi Kanu. Chief Olisa Metuh appeal case is on going as the counsel to the Federal Government pleaded that a motion should be moved,for extension of time. And the counsel of Olisah Metuh stated that, there is no objection of the motion.
Nnamdi Kanu case is still pending,while Olisah Metuhs's case is been analysed. The hearing of Nnamdi Kanu case might resume immediately after Olisah Metuh's case.
