In a press statement released by Emma Powerful he disassociated Himself from RENIPOB denying the press statement earlier released by the MEND'S RENIPOB saying that, "it is a complete media propaganda always used by Nigeria Government, Which is based on irrationality and deception".
In his press statement, he stated that he is and will always remain obedient to IPOB under the leadership of Prophet Nnamdi Kanu.
The statement reads...
Good evening my Deputy Director Mazi Uche Mefor Friends of Biafra, Lovers of Freedom, Biafrans worldwide I greet you all. My name is COMRADE EMMA POWERFUL the Media and Publicity Officer of IPOB under the leadership of Prophet Nnamdi Kanu. He started by quoting Ghandi:
"There are moments of existence when time and space are more profound, and the awareness of existence is immensely heightened".
I laughed when I read the press statement credited to the TRIPOB and RENIPOB against me. I want to let the people of IPOB and Biafrans worldwide under the command of our leader Nnamdi Kanu to know that I EMMA POWERFUL have not seen anybody called Philip Effiong Osuji or discussed with any group called TRIPOB both on the phone or in person or through a third party and have no intention to meet with anyone other than IPOB family members loyal to the command structure of our leader and Prophet Nnamdi Kanu put in place. Therefore, I am calling our people all over the world to disregard the rumours being peddled by the Movement of the Enslavement of Niger Delta (MEND) the Internet faceless group who wants to drag my reputation to the mud as they have done with theirs. I want to let the world know again that there is no division in IPOB under Nnamdi Kanu, we are intact and no amount of propaganda and blackmail can distract us. I also advise those who claimed to be splinter group if they really exist to come back because Biafra is around the corner.
Nigeria media through the help of Yoruba brown envelop journalists/vagabonds newspaper with their lunatic propaganda machine popularly known as vanguard will always try to deceive our people but will always fail as they are already a subject of joke amongst readers. As you can see the Nigerian government has corrupted their entire system, that's why they are doing all they can to frustrate and stop IPOB. Also Vanguard newspaper and other Nigeria Media House has been highly influenced and manipulated. This is because Nigerian media is full of manipulation, propaganda and are politically driven. Again, I want to use this medium to inform all Biafrans that I am not a victim of mind Control, I can never be influenced by the outside sources like MEND's TRIPOD,REIPOB,RENIPOB or whatever".
I therefore advice every lover of Truth to stop patronising vanguard news paper and never fall prey to their fake hoaxes. He concluded by quoting Abraham Lincoln thus, "Don't believe everything on the news/Internet just because there's a picture with a quote next to it.
IPOB is one indivisible under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu.
