THE LAW WAS TRIGGERED, THE BIAS JUDGE COULDN'T HIDE UNDER ANY GUISE, HIS JUDICIAL RASCALITY WAS LAID BARE, HIS ALREADY DAMAGED REPUTATION WAS SHRED TO THE MUD, HE WAS FORCED TO HANDS OFF GREAT KANU'S CASE, AS HE STEPS DOWN, HIS FACE WAS COVERED IN SHAME.
Monday 26th Sept 2016 was the day the bias judge, Justice John Tsoho will never forget in his life, the day that the law of Karma caught up with him, the day that he was convicted by his own court, the day that his judicial rascality and impunity was brought to an end.
Justice John Tsoho was the willing tool who was contracted with the sum of 100 million naira and a proposed promotion by the president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari to perfect the northern evil agenda of jailing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the bias judge was instructed to jail Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at all cost. A presidential judgment script was handed over to him which he is obligated to read/rule from irrespective of the point raised/prove by Mazi Kanu's defense team. With the presidency script order, proposed promotion and assurance, John Tsoho embarked on the 21st century ridicule of judicial system. He started by denying Mazi Nnamdi Kanu bail base on three ridicule reasons, he continue by withholding his court rulings thereby frustrated appeal, he then contradicted his own previous ruling against secret trail thereby allowing masquerades to testify as witness in his court.
The biasness of the judge justice John Tosho was so open and glaring such that one may begin to wonder, was he the only bias judge who have ever collected bribe to jail a defendant? Can't he (Tosho) hide under his prerogative and justify his evil rulings without any suspicious? The answer lies on the track record of the man in question, the spotless man who was made to stand before a corrupt judge, the answer lies on the track record of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Mazi Kanu is a man without a spot of stain, his innocence sparkles like a reflecting light, echoing all over the world, bringing light wherever there is darkness. He is known for his nature of being whiter than white and whiter than snow, his life records in Biafra land was excellent, in Britain it was perfect, there is no record of any crime associated with him, none whatsoever. Hence, it became very difficult for the bias judge justice John Tosho to hide under any law, guise or prerogative to pervert justice, it became impossible for him a read/rule the presidential script without suspicion.
Presidential script: My reputation is at stake, of cause there is no law to nail this innocent man, Justice John Tosho said to him, but the presidential order must be obeyed, he asserted. The bias judge then delivered series of judgment against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu which is not base on Nigeria law or any known law. He denied him(Mazi Kanu) bail based on three frivolous reasons, 1, that he(Mazi Nnamdi Kanu) have two passport, 2, that he is a threat to national security, 3, that if released may commit same crime of which he was accused of. The bias judge went as far as inviting masquerades to testify against his victim so as to make it impossible for the defense team to ask the witnesses necessary questions. The bias judge then concluded by asserting that his judgment can never be appealed by withholding his court rulings so as to make it impossible for the defense team to appeal.
But on 26th Sept 2016, the unexpected happened, the biased judge was taken unaware, his atrocities were tabled before him in his own court. He (Tosho) tried to pervert the justice as usual but was brought under control by IPOB leader's lead counsel, Chuks Muoma SAN. He tried to maneuver the situation but was shown evidence by IPOB brilliant lawyers, he then tried to use his prerogative as a judge but was directed by Chuks Muoma SAN that the rule of law is over riding. He then hands off the case, covering his face in shame as his already damaged reputation was shred to the mud.
