ECOWAS COURT: NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT RUNNING AWAY FROM HER SHADOW.

The Indigenous People of Biafra {IPOB} and her leader Mr. Nnamdi Kanu dragged the Nigerian government to the ECOWAS Court located at NO=10 Dares Salaam off Aminu Kano Crescent Wuse 2 Abuja. This is to demand for justice for the unlawful arrest and detention of the innocent law abiding citizen, the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra and Director of Radio Biafra/Television Mazi Nnamdi Kanu whose unconditional release were ordered by the Magistrate Court and the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Surprisingly, the Nigerian government via her defense council disappeared from the court sitting, claiming to have submitted a letter of adjournment through the Minister of Justice based on the excuse that they had an important case in Kaduna state. At the end, the presiding judge insisted that the proceeding must hold regardless of whether the Nigerian government's council appears in court or not come November 8th 2016.
Taking into cognizance what transpired in the court, there could be some reasons why Nigeria failed to appear in the ECOWAS Court to defend their accusations against Mazi Kanu. There is every tendency that the Nigerian government found it difficult to face the law having known that they have no veritable excuse to justify the incarceration of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Also, there is every likelihood Nigeria couldn't buy Hon. Justice Friday Nwoke over, just like they did in the case of Hon.John Tsoho of Abuja Federal High Court. Another striking reason is that the ECOWAS court is likely to uphold justice instead of sacrificing it for the sake of money and other material wealth.
All these and probably, many more were the reason why they decided to abscond from the court sitting. Now the questions are:
For how long will they keep running?
Do they think that every court will be as compromised as that of Tsoho's?
Is it not better they face the law than to run into hiding using Kaduna case as a cover up?
No wonder Mazi Nnamdi Kanu always refers to Nigeria as a lawless country.
We, the indigenous people of Biafra {IPOB} are making it clear to the whole world that the Nigerian government will try every means available to them to get the ECOWAS Court and it's Judges to compromise or even try to kidnap or assassinate Hon.Justice Friday Nwoke if he fails to do their bidding. We therefore urge the international community and all lovers of Biafra/freedom to mount surveillance on Muhammadu Buhari while we wait for 8th of November 2016.
