Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola |

Prof Chinua Achebe once said "the truest test of integrity is blunt refusal to be compromised". This great quote from Prof Achebe of blessed memory is my candid advice to Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola and his co-incorruptible judges in the Federal high court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria who were molestated with arrest by DSS on the order of Buhari. This my advice to the judges affected and Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola in particular become important now as the regime of dictatorship has been instituted by the maximum ruler of Nigeria, Pharaoh Muhammadu Buhari.
IPOB is now calling on the international community especially international judicial institutions such as African Court of Human and people's Right, International Criminal Court, International Court of Justice to be on the watch as Pharaoh Muhammadu Buhari is waging an onslaught against Nigeria judiciary in order to enthrone a regime void of rule of law in a democratic Nigeria. Nigeria judiciary is presently under siege as the judges are no longer allowed to dispense justice according domestic judicial laws and tenets. Hon Justice Adeniyi Ademola is one judge in Nigeria who stands by his judicial oath of offices no matter whose ox is gored. The invasion, intimidation arrest and molestation of Hon Justice Ademola who is the prime target in the whole drama, although with few other judges to deceive the gullible public, is due to the incorruptibility the judge demonstrated when the lawless DSS arraigned Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, in the court where he presided over.
Hon Justice Ademola gave verdict that Nnamdi Kanu be released unconditionally as lawless DSS was not able to substantiate their allegation of terrorism on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who only preached his ideology for the restoration of Biafra in a radio station known as Radio Biafra. There is never any trace of judicial misconduct in the record of Justice Adeniyi Ademola whom judging by his incorruptible antecedent in a corrupt judicial setting like that of Nigeria, I, Onyebuchi Eze has described him as "A DIAMOND IN THE GARBBAGE". If the lawless DSS has any constitutional power to be looking for corrupt Judges in Nigeria, why don’t they arrest or harass Justice John Tsoho whom they forced into rubbishing the image of Nigeria judiciary with reckless judicial misconduct? The scenario playing out is bid by Pharaoh Buhari who wants to intimidate the judges to start the process of converting Nigeria courts to enclave of travesty of Justice where innocent people like Nnamdi Kanu can be convicted at the order of god-Buhari.
Where is the co-lawless President Barack Obama of United States who is praising Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria, saying that he is ruling Nigeria very well? How many times have FBI arrested any sitting judge for any reason in USA, not to talk of a mere suspicion of corruption on such a judge? What is enigma to me is how these world powers have suddenly become dudes overnight and become ignorant of local and international laws because of their apparent hatred for Biafrans for no reason. If not, how will Nigeria be on fire as it is at the moment, yet President Obama of USA still shamelessly be deceiving Buhari with empty praise-singing? Has "Ghana must Go" bag of money from Aso Rock also reached White House? I will not be surprise if the money bag from Aso Rock has reached White House because Nigeria is not afraid of bribing anybody in the world including Satan. However, this little digresses aside.
It is time for Nigeria judicial council to say no to Buhari by telling him to live judiciary alone in Nigeria or they completely shutdown judicial services in Nigeria. Enough is enough! Judiciary is an independent arm of government in any democratic setting, even in the military dictatorship when there is no legislature, you will still see judiciary. Why is Buhari annihilating judiciary in Nigeria? Will he be able to withstand the anarchy that may set-in if NJC shuts down judicial services in Nigeria? Bar Vincent Obetta (former Nnamdi Kanu lawyer) described this imbroglio at the beginning as "a clash between the executive and the judiciary in a democratic Nigeria" when DSS under the control of Buhari started court contempt last year. Let not Hon Justice Ademola and co ever compromise their stand for justice because the posterity will count on them as the HEROES of JUSTICE in a period of time of moral collapse in Nigeria judiciary. I rest my case!
