NNAMDI KANU'S TRIAL AND THE QUEST OF NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT TO SUFFOCATE JUSTICE

Things are totally abnormal in this country called Nigeria and the so called Nigeria government has never gotten anything right. Many people have been brutally wounded. That is the reason why Nigeria is already in pieces. And they have sworn/vowed never to get things right.
Since Nnamdi Kanu was arrested for his loyalty and commitment to restoring his country Biafra till today, he has been going to the court on a daily basis, yet no judgement has been passed. Does it mean that the judiciary has no power or it is not functioning? This is an upturn of justice, abuse of human rights and negligence of the United Nations act on self-determination.
The court on three different occasions, granted bail to Nnamdi Kanu, yet President Buhari as a tyrant continuously held him captive in the prison.
Just recently, on the 26th of September 2016, the presiding judge, John Tsoho resigned, having been accused of biased rulings. The case was adjourned and Nnamdi Kanu was sent back to the prison.
On October 5th 2016, the same case was to be presided by Chief justice Friday Nwoke at the ECOWAS court Abuja. After the announcement of the case, the Nigeria government submitted a file pleading for the adjournment of the case with the reason that they have another case to treat at Kaduna. Their request for adjournment was granted and the case postponed till November 8 2016.
From this, I understand that even if a child is seeking for justice in Nigeria, he must grow white hairs before the justice is granted.
Nnamdi Kanu have been starved, tortured and denied access to his medical services in the prison. The illegal continuous detention of Nnamdi Kanu can never stop the actualization of Biafra, rather it ignites the zeal in Biafrans and hastens the restoration of Biafra. Nevertheless, his continuous detention is a manoeuvre of justice.
The Indigenous People of Biafra demands that Nnamdi Kanu, a prisoner of conscience should be released unconditionally.
We are no longer interested in one Nigeria, give us Biafra let us go our way.
Freedom fighters we are, and we shall remain so until justice is granted. Justice must prevail.
