IPOB: NIGERIA ARMY KILLINGS OF UNARMED BIAFRANS AND REGULAR DENIAL: A PROFESSIONA

Nigeria army has once again shown the world that it is an agency built on lies and naked falsehood by trying to deny the fact that its officers killed unarmed Biafrans on IPOB-Trump rally held in Igweocha Port Harcourt on 20th January 2017. How else will IPOB complaints to the international community over the continued massacre of its members on any peaceful assembly by Nigeria army be vindicated?
There are many video and picture evidences documented by IPOB members present in the rally, human right observers, media observers and other independent persons to prove the fact that Nigeria army actually committed grievous atrocities against Biafrans in Port Harcourt, yet Nigeria army in their usual way of covering up their atrocities, denied killing any Biafran in the said rally.
IPOB want to use this opportunity to tell the world that Nigeria army always snatches by force all the lifeless bodies of IPOB members any time they kill them and takes them to unknown destination in order to cover up the atrocities. IPOB is by this publication describing the attitude of kill and deny of Nigeria soldiers as "professional and moral fickleness" of Nigeria army. IPOB is confused at why Nigeria jihadist army will kill unarmed Biafrans while at a peaceful rally and went ahead to deny what they did in a broad daylight. Blames will also go to Amnesty International which released an indicting report of Nigeria army killing at least 150 unarmed Biafrans between August 2015 and August 2016; and up till today nothing has been done to bring the authorities indicted to justice.
Had Amnesty International taken the necessary action with the indicting report other than merely publishing it, it would have served as deterrent to Nigeria army or any other branch of Nigeria armed forces which will wish to commit such crime against humanity in the future. But all these continue killings are because justice has not been given to the Amnesty report till today.

IPOB wish to ask Nigeria army a question like this "What is the constitutional duty of any country army officers in a democratic nation"? To the best of my knowledge, any armed military presence in the open society without any declaration of state of emergency which makes such territory an enemy territory is nothing but dictatorship. The constitutional duty of the military in democratic nation is to provide land, air and sea defense of such sovereign nation and the protection of the territorial integrity of such nation which means foiling external aggression against the nation.
It is unfortunate that Nigeria army turned and usurped the constitutional duty of providing internal security from Nigeria Police Force which is constitutionally duty bound to do so and reduce the police to a mere touts collecting ₦50 from road users. If not for that, it is the duty of police and other para-military like Civil Defense (NSCDC) to provide internal security to the society.

It was upon this constitutional provision that IPOB directorate wrote a letter of notice for the rally in Port Harcourt which was signed by its Spokespersons Bar Emma Nmezu and Dr Clifford Chukwuemeka Iroanya to commissioner of police in Rivers state. The letter of notice which dated 18/1/2017, was copied to the relevant authorities such as IG of Police, NJC, NUJ, Amnesty Intl, Intersociety, ECOWAS, EU, etc. IPOB did not notify Nigeria army nor invite them because the military is only invited into the society to quell an insurrection and such occasion did not arise in the said IPOB-Trump rally in PH.
IPOB now ask "who invited Nigeria army to the IPOB-Trump rally in the first place whether the deny killing Biafrans or accepted it"? What necessitated their invitation in the said rally? Did any occasion arise to warrant the attention of military in the venue of the rally? Do citizens also need to go to barracks and notify Nigeria army and probably also go to air-force base to notify Nigeria air-force before rallies are conducted?

These questions are begging for answers from Nigeria army bereft on human conscience. IPOB wish to let Nigeria army know that human life is a sacred commodity before God which nobody should take away without following the due process of the law. Any time you take human life without the due process of law, the blood will be crying for justice before God the creator until the justice is done.
IPOB is telling the world that Nigeria army is no longer professionally minded as they are only doing the bidding of Nigeria/British government which is killing Biafrans because we peacefully demand for the restoration of our God-given nation of Biafra. Nigeria army should know that no amount of killings or intimidation can stop our quest for Biafra restoration because it is our identity.
