BIAFRA RESTORATION GOAL IS BIGGER THAN ANY INDIVIDUAL NO MATTER HOW HIGHLY PLACED: A MESSAGE FROM THE SUSPENDED IKECHUKWU OKOYE

Biafra restoration goal and objective is bigger than any individual or even group of persons no matter how highly placed such person(s) could be, is the wonderful conclusion contained in the farewell message of Mazi Ikechukwu Okoye, the suspended Coordinator of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Anambra State Chapter. It could be recalled that Mazi Ikechukwu Okoye was among the officers of IPOB who were affected by the 'Oppression Crush Rebellion' order expressly given by the ebullient leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as a swift response to the stormy gale of rebellion which blew IPOB few days ago.

In the message of Mazi Okoye, there are many things worthy of note thereby every Biafran whether an officer or a follower in IPOB.

(1) Mazi Okoye understood vividly that it is an authority that elevated him to the enviable position of a state Coordinator in IPOB and it is the same authority that has suspended him from the position. Even in his suspension, he still implores every IPOB activist in Anambra State to stand with IPOB Highest Command until Biafra is restored.

(2) Mazi Okoye made it clear that he is not regretting his services for Biafrans through the instrumentality of IPOB, though suspended today. He rather expressed gratitude to our great leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, his Deputy, Mazi Uche Mefor and every other Biafran for the opportunity to serve in the capacity which has brought out the former latent leadership tactfulness hidden in him from creation.

(3) Mazi Okoye called on every Biafran who is in Anambra State to work together in support of the new State Coordinator who will be appointed in few days to come. He never tell anyone to disobey the chain of command in IPOB, formant trouble of any kind, or create any division on his behalf as an out gone State Coordinator. Any person doing that is on his own and not for Mazi Okoye.

(4) Mazi Okoye still pledged total loyalty to IPOB Highest Command unlike some suspended officers who are still arrogant in their rebellion.

In an interview granted by the founder of Family Writers Press, Mazi Emeka Gift to the correspondent of Family Writers Press, he said verbatim that the content of the farewell message of Mazi Ikechukwu Okoye is a welcomed one if it is a product of genuine mind. According to Mazi Emeka Gift, he admonished every Biafran in Anambra State and beyond not to allow the stormy gale of rebellion which took place this few days in the rank and file of IPOB to make them to loose focus from the main reason for the struggle which is the restoration of Biafra or begin to cause unwanted dichotomy to please the suspended principal officers.

Mazi Emeka Gift, the founder of Family Writers Press went ahead to tell Biafrans in the said interview that the Suspended principal officers which Mazi Ikechukwu Okoye is one of them do not by any reason constitute a faction in IPOB because IPOB remain an indivisible divine synergy that can never be broken. He said that the suspension is just a way of maintaining discipline in IPOB at all levels, therefore every IPOB member should reject any persuasion or lure to be used to form any faction in IPOB Anambra State and beyond.

Finally, Mazi Emeka Gift commended Mazi Ikechukwu Okoye for accepting his suspension and relief of his appointment with good faith. He said that it is good that Mazi Ikechukwu Okoye pledged his continued allegiance to IPOB Highest Command.

In conclusion, IPOB worldwide still maintain that our officers suspended are still our beloved brothers but are under our in-house discipline so that nobody will mischievously interpret the developments as factions. IPOB remains one indivisible family that can never be broken. God bless Biafra and those fighting for her freedom.
