BINTA COURT DECLINING ORDER FOR BURATAI TO PROVIDE NNAMDI KANU SHOWS THAT NIGERIAN JUDICIARY IS IN A MESS

BINTA COURT DECLINING ORDER FOR BURATAI TO PROVIDE NNAMDI KANU SHOWS THAT NIGERIAN JUDICIARY  IS IN A MESS
Binta Nyako

Written by Moses Agbo for Family writers press.

On the 26th of January 2018, the Abuja Federal High Court four {4} presided by Justice Binta Nyako{Mrs} from Kastina State, declined an order to compel the Nigerian Army led by General Tukur Buratai to provide the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra {IPOB}, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to the court to enable the commencement of the charges labeled against him by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Recall that in the month of September 14th 2017, the Nigerian Army via a bloody genocidal exercise called "Operation Python Dance", invaded the Palace of Eze Isreal Okwu Kanu, the home of the supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu and massacred not less than 28 defenceless and  armless  persons and made away with many, alive without any provocation.

Since then, nobody has seen or heard of him {Nnamdi Kanu} . It was on that note, that his Defence Council led by Hon.Barr.Ifeanyi Ejiofor filed a motion seeking for Justice Binta Nyako's Federal High Court 4, to compel the Nigerian Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Tukur Buratai to provide his client who was at home enjoying his bail on the day of that incident, to appear  before the Court to enable the facilitation of his long scheduled trial.

Surprisingly, in what looks like "turning justice upside down", instead of the supposed learned judge to conduct a panel of inquiry to investigate and know what went wrong in Nnamdi Kanu's home during the period of "Operation Python Dance"  as was prayed by one of the sureties, Hon. Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, she purportedly ruled, declining to that order and further said that Barr. Ejiofor has no evidence to convince her that Nnamdi Kanu was taken away by the Nigerian Army, and that Buratai had already told her that Nnamdi Kanu is not in their custody when they allegedly,  chased a truck loaded with arms to his home.

What a tragedy in Nigeria most especially, when the judiciary which supposed to be the only hope for the  commoners has been totally hijacked by a dictator in power. Does Nyako expect  Barr. Ejiofor to be at the scene where every living thing including dogs were massacred in order to provide an evidence more convincing?

No wonder Mazi Nnamdi Kanu had always referred Nigeria as a zoological republic where no justice sees the light of the day. Could it be that what played out in the Court justifies a trending topic  where the President of America, Donald J. Trump was said to have directly called Nigeria, African continent a Shithole?

What Justice Binta Nyako fails to understand is that humanity is watching what the Nigerian judiciary is turning into day by day. She also ought to know that there are overwhelming  evidence which include gunshots in Nnamdi Kanu's bed room where he was at that particular time. Like our people rightfully said, the case of pregnancy can never be hidden by mere covering of hands, in other words , that genocidal exercise called "Operation Python Dance" and the lies by the Nigerian Army about it can never be whisked away by any obnoxious judicial drama.

The world is too large for Justice Binta Nyako in collaboration with the Nigerian government/Armed Forces because there is no hiding place for them. They must answer for their evil deeds.

Finally, we the Indigenous People of Biafra wishe to let humanity know that this drama can no longer be business as usual. Our civility should not be taken for granted as we appeal to the international community, humany Right Group to help in compelling the Nigerian Army to provide our innocent law abiding leader, Citizen Nnamdi Kanu for us alive now or expect a grevious consequences.
