UPDATE FROM THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT, ABUJA
As at exactly 10. 09 AM, the IPOB members namely Mazi Benjamin Mmadubugwu, David Nwawuisi, Chidiebere Onwudiwe have arrived the court room and get sitted for the commencement of the trial of treasonable felony instituted against them with the missing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. However, the proceedings is yet to commence as at the time of filing this report from the court of Nigeria Federal High Court Abuja presided over Justice Binta Nyako because the presiding Judge has not appeared in the court room. Family Writers Press' correspondent in the court room reported that up till today Nigerian Army still refused to bring Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to court as Nnamdi Kanu was not sighted in the court room. Mazi Bright Chimezie Ishinwa whose name was added in the amended case file was not also sighted in the court room.
