"RESTRUCTURING? LET BIAFRA REFERENDUM DECIDE".
- IPOB TELLS OHANEZE NDIGBO

One of the recent Press Releases of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, signed by it's Media and Publicity Secretary - Comrade Emma Powerful  pointedly stated: "IPOB is not against those that hold legitimate view that restructuring will best address the myriad of problems afflicting the masses. We are firm believers in democracy, plurality of opinion and divergent views. If during a referendum, majority of the people cast their votes to adopt restructuring as the preferred option to outright break away from Nigeria, we would be bound by it".

Part of the press release very categorically emphasized that what the IPOB want implemented, is the true wish of the Biafran people which must be ascertained against the evil imposition of inordinate ambition of the minority, being sponsored by the Abuja-based political predators, masquerading as leaders without followership. The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide strongly insist on an outright exit of the entire Biafraland from Nigeria, based on detailed inquiries from the masses in different Biafran locations, confirming their disdain for continued existence in a contrapted Nigeria. The growing hatred for sponsored ruse called restructuring is rather on the increase. If however,  Nnia Nwodo and his Ohaneze Ndigbo group have the feeling that majority of the Biafran people are yet interested in the oneness of Nigeria via the restructuring agenda, let that be decided through the mandate and supervision of a United Nations' organized referendum. The clearly acceptable popular decision of the people must then take it's course. The global community should note therefore, that the era where few self egocentric, dubious political predators connive amongst themselves to mortgage the destiny of the entire Biafran populace is over and dead.

It should be stated here that the overwhelming quest for the restoration of the sovereignty of the nation of Biafra is not an imposition but a genuine and proven testimonial of Biafrans both resident at home and in the diaspora. This can be attested to by the unrelentless massive rallies, protests and petitions that have permeated all the nooks and crannies of the world. It is a collective and unquenchable yearning of a determined people who seek unfettered restoration of their homeland, a place of their own devoid of invasion and manipulative tendencies of the Nigerian Islamic Jihadists. It is a grave mistake for Nnia Nwodo, his Ohaneze Ndigbo group cum fellow accomplices within and outsude Biafraland, to conceive in their subconsciousness that the restructuring ideological infection will sail through. It has already failed. Whatever be their inclination, Biafrans demand that such be subjected to scrutiny through the instrumentality of a referendum to determine which direction the pendulum swings. The people must have to decide their intent through a referendum. The earlier Nnia Nwodo and his fellow travelers realize the impending corresponding dangers of abhorrence of the people to the songs of Nigeria restructuring, the better for them.

There has clearly not been any knowledge of any town hall meeting in any community in Biafraland where Nnia Nwodo and his restructuring team had visited on  sensitization campaign tours to really evaluate the views of the people about the so-called agenda of restructuring Nigeria. His meetings with various community elders, chiefs, men, women and youths will be shameful as results will definitely show that the overwhelming number of the people will opt for Biafra referendum rather than restructuring of Nigeria. Freely sampling people's opinion and allowing the outcome is what is called "Democracy" and not deceptively converging in Ekwueme Square in Awka, Anambra State where probably over 70℅ of the Summit attendees are Hausa-Fulani and Yoruba slavemasters whose interests they aim to service. And until Ohaneze Ndigbo group begins to organize town hall meetings to sample the opinion of the people across all the interior communities within Biafra territory, John Nnia Nwodo remains a principal enemy and saboteur-in-chief against Biafrans and their interests as he earlier confessed in Lagos.

There is no disputation of the fact that the rightful owners of the land of Biafra have unanimously and unequivocally rejected the imposition of restructuring on them by any standard through the subtile evil machinations of Nnia Nwodo and his cronies.
