IPOB ENUGU STATE CHAPTER INAUGURATES DESTINY UNIT

IPOB ENUGU STATE CHAPTER INAUGURATES DESTINY UNIT

The Enugu State chapter of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has remained relentless and focused, ensuring that additional family units and zones dot every nook and cranny of the state. This is done through the dogged instrumentality of the State Mobilization and Evangelical Team, saddled with the primary responsibility of propagating the gospel of Biafra restoration.

On Sunday 10th November 2019, The IPOB Enugu family successfully inaugurated Destiny unit, a new family unit created under Newhaven zone. The inauguration exercise was led by the zonal coordinator, Mazi Nku Joseph. Newhaven is an integral urban part of the state densely inhabited by thousands of Biafrans as a result of their daily activities in the area. Currently, they are enthusiastically coming to terms with the IPOB championed Biafra restoration project.

Large turnout of interested new intakes was recorded during the inauguration and were duly registered. The exercise equally attracted the physical presence of the Enugu State Mobilization Officer, the Local Government Coordinator and other fellow Principal Servants. The popular Biafran music artist known as Don Prince, aka "Sampe Master", also graced the event. He seized the opportunity to openly denounce his Nigerian citizenship as directed by the IPOB Deputy Leader, Mazi Uche Okafor Mefor.

The inauguration exercise eventually came to an end with vote of thanks given by the coordinator of the new unit. Group photographs were also taken.
